Pleasant stay for 3 nights with late arrival and a bit of panic as we did not call before. But staff was kind enough to leave an enveloppe with the key for us. The place is spotless and members of staff are very dedicated to make this place pleasant and welcoming

We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a suite, which was great! This is my favourite hotel in LH and I come here often. It's super clean, the bed is comfy, the staff are very nice. It's like a home away from home :-)

Was mortified to arrive late, likec10 pm and couldn't access the hotel as it was closed! No lights, no front desk nothing. 3 gents that were staying there came in and we went with them. Absolutely nothing in English on how to get in touch with management. The guys were kind enough to call all the numbers in the lounge area as of course we had no cell phone. Finally got someone and our room key was in a small safe. Finally in our room! It was very comfortable, had cooking facilities, fridge, sove top and microwave. It is very close to everything and we actually enjoyed our stay
