Walls dirty, skirting boards had many black marks and scratches… the shower was leaking… Overall we didn’t like the rooms even when I got a room change it was in a similar condition.

Pretty spacious and reasonably clean for an apartment. Odd that staff finish early so we were lucky we made it in time to the hotel before the girl ended her shift. (Note I did not realise the hotel texts were going to spam so remember to check!) Stay was generally ok. Shower hardly had any body wash. Given it was long weekend, everything was shut so I was lucky I had spare travel gel and shampoo with me. Also, it was during the heatwave. Glad I emailed reception beforehand to check they had air con. Note they do not have it but supply fans. As such make sure you request it. The other Accor hotel I stayed at the night before refused to turn on air con, nor supply fans. Check out was a practical exchange. Would I stay here again? Possibly. I prefer a hotel with working fans rather than one with barely working air con any day during a heatwave. Only suggestion is it would be great if they had vending machines for supplies/drinks as everything else was shut around the docks.

We couldn't fault the Apartotel as such in any way. Excellent. But what would make me think twice about staying at an Adagio again was the descriptions of anti social behaviour posted in the lifts (discarded beer cans, food debris, spillages, excessive noise, vomit smells even) and the necessity to warn guests not to allow dogs to foul the car park! Not your fault, of course.

it was nice to stay in a newly renovated hotel. The room was nice and comfortable, the mini-kitchen was well equipped and the bathroom was spacious. The breakfast was simple, but adequate.

We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a suite, which was great! This is my favourite hotel in LH and I come here often. It's super clean, the bed is comfy, the staff are very nice. It's like a home away from home :-)

Was mortified to arrive late, likec10 pm and couldn't access the hotel as it was closed! No lights, no front desk nothing. 3 gents that were staying there came in and we went with them. Absolutely nothing in English on how to get in touch with management. The guys were kind enough to call all the numbers in the lounge area as of course we had no cell phone. Finally got someone and our room key was in a small safe. Finally in our room! It was very comfortable, had cooking facilities, fridge, sove top and microwave. It is very close to everything and we actually enjoyed our stay

Zeer toffe , vriendelijke en behulpzame staff . De studio was heel proper en zeer praktisch . Alles wat je nodig had was aanwezig. Ontbijt was simpel maar lekker en genoeg keuze. Het water fontaine was zeer handig alsook de shop en zitruimte zowel binnen als buiten . Zeer dicht bij openbaar vervoer en winkelcentrum . Een eigen parkeerplaats was ook super en maakte het heel gemakkelijk.
