Aparthotel Adagio access Le Havre Les Docks 3 stars

Very clean and a comfortable bed. Large bathroom (shame it's only a shower, no bath). Room at the back was quiet. Staff friendly and overall a good price. We used the Bains des Docks, it's cool and you get a discount for being at the Adagio. Will come here again.

I come to Le Havre every year and if possible I choose Adagio, which is very close to the Laboratory where I am invited. New this year: a bottle of water in the room at my arrival. Heating systems in the room and bathroom working very well (November stay was the first time for me).

My overall experience is negative because I was bitten by bedbugs on my arms and neck. The room I was given really needs some renovation because it was ugly and the interior was in a bad condition, especially the carpet. During my stay the temperatures were high and it was very unpleasant in the room with no air conditioning. Also, the sticker on the bathroom mirror said that for a 3 day stay there would be a daily cleaning, but there was none. Also, the fridge made loud noises which woke me up at night. I am disappointed with this stay, but the bedbugs are the worst and the main reason I am rating it 1 star.

Local propre

I was very pleased with everything, including the friendly and helpful staff. Unfortunately I almost couldn't sleep. In the room it was too warm and so we had to open the window. Now fresh and cool air came in. But there was so much noise during the night, because the cars outside almost drove very fast and noisy infront of the hotel. Also hundrets of seagulls screaming and shouting permanently the whole night. The third disturbing thing was, that sometime of the other guests was smoking on the open window, so all the smoke flooded or room.

Good stay

Our second time here, just for the one night. Very convenient for our needs, welcome at reception was friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable and clean, very good bed and spacious bathroom. The kitchen area is very convenient and well equipped. Recommended, I'm sure we'll choose this hotel again whenever we need to.

Room facing noisy road for 6 nights, nightclub close by, even with windows closed in hot weather did not help. Lack of sleep due to persistent night time noise till 4am every night! When asked for change of room to other side of hotel, was met with a totally indifferent attitude & told not possible. Customer service appalling, when reception is open! Rarely a response to 'bonjour' completely ignored. My husband felt it was because he was Egyptian & obviously Arab in origin, we're unsure if an element of racism from some staff, despite the fact there were obviously other ethnic people working there. We appreciate that room service is not provided under 7 nights, however a change of towels should be offered. Being frequent users of aparthotels in France and having never given a negative review before, we feel this time it is justified. The only positive was a well stocked kitchen for cooking. Suffice it to say we will not be staying there again, nor recommend it to anyone

We enjoyed staying here while in Le Havre for the World Cup. The room was comfortable and clean the kitchenette was well-stocked. Staff was very helpful!

The team are supa accomodating and very friendly, we had a great stay.

Every aspect, but one, was first rate. The one issue was location-----not easy to find and not easy to get to
