This is a very well organised and welcoming hotel with great staff who do their best to make your stay as pleasant as possible. In particular one of the managers, Marina ,did her best to help us during our stay with information about local restaurants etc and anything else we asked about. She is a great asset to the hotel. I thoroughly recommend a stay here.......you will not be disappointed with booking this budget hotel.

We had an incredibly difficult day travelling, and after disappointment late at night at another hotel, the gentleman working at the ibis near midnight on the 23rd of Agust was extremely helpful and kind. It was a great relief to find a bed at that time of day. He is a credit to your organisation. I am sorry, I did not get his name.

Well located, but not worth the money you spend, Very small rooms, bathroom towels were missing +positives: Big parking place, well located In vicinity of highway, 20 mins away from Etretat cliffs

The daily cleaning was superb, the staff were nice. I suggest you also clean the windows sometimes (there was cobweb and bugs there) The heater didn't work.....
