Treadmill does not work. Which is a know problem, but no solution, no attempt to repair. Why is it not written anywhere for those customers who are coming here because of the gym. Exercise bike and elliptycal trainer worked but they are useless for a good cardio and running training. I am here again, requested specifically to repair the treadmill, no response. I will not come back ever again for the gym. Room was cold, the thermostat was on max and the temperature was not even 20 degrees in the room. The air circulation system was definitely broken in the room. Bathroom equipment for showering...a 3in1 gel? For real? Destroys and dries out skinand hair. In a 4 star hotel it is a minimum to have proper shower gel, shampoo, soap, and moisturizer SEPARATELY! Also, the floor in the bathroom supercold. Reception was helpful to provide extra heater for the room. Breakfest was very good and various. €12 / night for parking is a joke. Other hotels in LeHavre have cheaper options. Streetparking is risky due to not so wide lanes.

The room is dated with a smelly scent, either from the carpet or from the AC. There’s no drinking water offered in the room. Luckily it was just a quick night for me.

Located at the city centre water basin, this hotel has a striking interior that on one hand looks as a rarity shop and on the other hand is a hotel that serves you well. Nowhere in the lobby or the breakfast room can you find the same chair or table. Bar and reception are integrated and there are several play tables. Still, it is not that disturbing that you get lost. The rooms are relatively easy-going compared to the rest of the hotel. Sufficiently spacious and a good bed and shower. Breakfast is also good and again alternative - you can bake your own eggs. Staff is young but knows what to do. Only comment: small and slow elevator cabins.
