Excellent central location and staff were exceptional. Breakfast buffet was very good. While the building may be a bit tired, this was outweighed by the outstanding care provided by the front desk and other staff. Special kudos to MIGUEL at the front desk who was the most impressive service provider I have met in my 5 decades of travelling! Attentive and timely problem solving approach, with excellence in professionalism and skill. Personable and appropriate, kind and went above and beyond to meet our needs. I can t say enough positive about him- you are lucky to have him!

Absolutely great location, also hotel is well kept, staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast is nice, it could have more choices, but overall, the hotel is great. There is a great mall right in front of the hotel, which makes it super convenient for purchasing beverages, having a nice meal or a nice gelato.

It was fine however we had to ask for blankets, towels, and wash cloths. They were very nice to reheat food since no microwave was available. Great location, very nice staff.
