Please accept my sincere apologies that your experience did not meet your expectations. I regret the inconvenience caused during check-in regarding your request to reserve an additional room for your friends. I understand how disappointing it must have been to be advised to upgrade to a suite instead. I also apologize that your eligible upgrade voucher was not honoured as expected. I have shared your feedback with our Front Office team to review the circumstances and ensure better handling of such situations in the future. I appreciate your positive comments regarding the cleanliness of our rooms and the amenities provided. However, I am sorry to learn about the faulty landline in your suite, which caused disturbance during the night. Our Engineering team has been informed to inspect and rectify the issue immediately. I also regret that the celebratory cake did not meet your expectations in terms of both presentation and taste. We strive to create memorable moments for our guests, and it is disappointing to know that we fell short, especially when compared with your experiences at Novotel Chandigarh and Sofitel Mumbai. Your feedback has been shared with our Culinary team so that we can review both the quality and presentation of our celebration cakes. Thank you once again for your honest feedback.
