I with my family had very good experience while staying in. All staff are very well trained specially Mr Chandan (staff) was very helpful & prompt. Cleanliness is top notch. In-house restaurant offers very delicious food. Amenities are good. Children play area can do better with some add ons. Overall experience was extremely best.

On arriving in hotel, we requested the front desk staff ( some lady ) on 24th Aug to arrange a small decoration in our room 1128 but she denied it very politely saying the staff is not available and she told to she can arrange the same tomorrow. What would i do for that decoration when it is needed actually. Atleast she can offer an alternate or something but as expected we sid not get any response from the hotel. Anyways we celebrated our daughter’s birthday outside. I would not like to come to Novotel again because of the service they have provided. Any small hotel can arrange such requests in a short time very quickly prior notice. Within three months this was my second visit in Novotel Goa but now onwards i will look for a much better accommodation. Thank you for all.

After the GM intervened, we were given the room type we wanted. Thanks to him for that. Our pool facing balcony room was good in size. I do feel that a deep cleaning of rooms is needed as one can see traces of dirt and grime solidifying everywhere. The couch also needs deep cleaning. Breakfast was decent. Staff in restaurant is very good and super helpful. I liked the healthy options in breakfast everyday. Gym was nice but please ensure that guests follow hygiene. On multiple occasions, used towels and tissues were hanging on machines. That was not ok. Please put a poster highlighting hygiene. Equipment was good. Hotel is ideal for families.

Disappointing Stay at Novotel Candolim, Goa Very disappointing experience overall. We had booked a suite, but the room had constant AC water leakage, and we were eventually moved to a smaller room. The kids’ play area was dirty, poorly maintained, and had very little for children to do. The food was also average, with a particularly disappointing breakfast. Overall, the stay was far below what we expected from Novotel and definitely not worth the experience.

Good property. Variety of breakfast could better. Everyday almost similar breakfast. The staff could be more trained on how to approach guest respectfully, especially the lifeguard at pool and some of the waiters at restaurant. At one instance I told that coffee the serving person brought was cold he started arguing how can it be cold. Told him to check the temp by himself.

Here’s a polished review you can post: Had a comfortable stay at Novotel Candolim, Goa. The location is excellent and very convenient, making it easy to explore the nearby attractions and beaches. The stay was comfortable, and the overall experience was pleasant. The complimentary breakfast was okay, while everything else was fine and up to expectations. Overall, a good place to stay in Goa, especially for its great location and comfort.

we have booked half board ( one major meal) during booking. Probably no buffet due to less occupany and no staff had informed us about the same and during first day my infant baby had to wait for the lunch . Note: baby food was best during the same lunch . Same night i had ordered cocktail from your pool bar restaurant. In one of your lift it has board mentioning 30% discounts from 6 to 9 pm. No one of your staff informed me and 15% explorer discount was offered. on the next day i ordered room service, one of your staff member denied discount on room service. Note : I travelled with infant and had requested it because was asleep early ( otherwise would have step down to restaurant to have dinner). Staff had rudely denied me the same. Sad to say during my stay i couldn’t have full fledge buffet, slide of baby swimming pool not operational. Appreciation: To house keeping staff who tried to made our stay comfortable . Towel quality was of very low quality ( atleast not expected from Novotel)

I also sincerely apologize for the delay during your first lunch, particularly as you were travelling with your infant. I am, however, pleased to know that the baby food met your expectations. I also regret the inconsistency in communication regarding the applicable discounts. The promotional offer displayed at the lift and the discounts extended by our team should have been explained clearly to avoid any confusion. Similarly, I apologize for your experience with our Room Service team. Regardless of the policy, the interaction should have been handled with courtesy, empathy, and a willingness to assist, especially considering you were travelling with a young child. I am equally sorry that the baby pool slide was not operational during your stay and that you were unable to enjoy our regular buffet experience. Your comments regarding the quality of our towels have also been noted and shared with the respective department for immediate review. On a positive note, I am delighted to read your appreciation for our Housekeeping team. We did not get a proper room till 11.30 at night despite multiple rooms being available and a complaint being made at 5.30

We had a good stay at Novotel Candolim. The rooms were spacious and clean, the pool was big and well maintained, and the food was really good. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to the beach and other places around Candolim. The staff was polite and helpful overall. The only small hiccup was with a trainee who seemed a little confused at times, which is understandable. The funny part was that when we asked him something, instead of calling his supervisor to help us, he asked us to go to his supervisor ourselves! A few things could be improved though. The gym could use some more essential equipment, the Wi-Fi connection was quite poor during our stay, and we experienced a few power cuts. The staff explained that the power cuts were due to a government electricity issue, so we left it at that. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in Candolim.
