Stay was good Few things could have been better Reduce delays for check in Offer welcome drinks No option to opt in for lunch + dinner (you have to pay for each meal) TV issues had to call Technitian multiple times No smiles at reception no greeting Not pleasant

We celebrated my husband's 40th birthday at Goa and we friends had a wonderful time. The staff were helpful and everything was nice. I highly recommend this hotel for friend groups and especially for families.

We had booked triple occupation room. However, we had to request the reception to arrange the bed for the 3rd person. Similarly had to request sepearately for a water bottle and a towel for the third person. The room allotted was having no view. The entire french window was blocked by a wall. The room was poorly Air Conditioned. The A/C had a problem. When we complained to the reception, though a technician attended promptly, could not resovle the problem.

Novotel, name is really making sense of good services, comfortable stay & leasure. However this time we faced lots of concerns for services. Front desk operators are rude to avoid u upfront, asking for any services will take more time, staff is also less so even for parking you have to wait for 15-20 mins. There is serious concern of smell near reception area. Most important, they dont provide wi-fi directly, you have to become member & evenafter becoming member, its not sure you will get internet connection. Otherwise food was good, location is perfect however if you are spending more than 6-7k per night, find out another property for other concerns.

wish to extend my sincere appreciation for the exemplary service. The accommodations were grand and meticulously maintained, offering both luxury and comfort. The breakfast menu and overall culinary offerings were of the highest standard, with excellent variety and quality. The swimming pool and spa facilities were outstanding. The spa services, in particular, were delivered with great professionalism and contributed significantly to a relaxing stay. I would especially like to thank Miss Shubha for her great hospitality.
