Your staffs and other facilities are good. But, keeping 100 euro as security deposit and only 1 pillow in the room is minus. However, I would definitely recommend IBIS to friends and peers.

Extremly good service . Meeting in the reception: We arrived very early, thinking we looked very tired, which we were after driving all night. the employed said we could eat breakfast and expect our room to be ready after about 3 hours. After about less than an hour he came and announced that we could now already get our room. it was just so fantastically nice for us and a thoroughly rarely experienced good service
