I arrived at 8.30pm from the airport after a flight cancellation. Qantas provided a meal voucher for the hotel. Reception said the T/A ‘restaurant’ closed at 9.00pm. On arrival to my room I tried to order some dinner from the very small menu, however the only item available was ice-cream ie no meals were available. The aircon was very noisy. When turned off the room was very stuffy, when on, it was too loud to sleep.

It is unfortunate that the restaurant's operational hours and menu offerings did not meet your expectations, and I understand how disappointing this can be after coming off a delayed flight, with no choice but to stay. We offer a 24/7 meal option for our guests. After 9pm we have a "Grab & Go" option with various meals to choose from. There is a QR code on the desk in the rooms, or on the TV compendium. We are looking into your comment however that only 'ice cream' was available. Your comments are valuable, and I appreciate you bringing them to our attention. With the restaurant closed at 10pm, there is no room service and no mini bar and the only option is to uber in a meal which cannot be delivered beyond reception. I have never paid so much for such poor service. Room and breakfast were adequate, staff were friendly. Location excellent. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone.
