I took a cpl days to enjoy some time with my son. It is a nice place for the most part but the food options are ridiculous & extremely expensive. The room was only very basically cleaned it was obviously only vacuumed just a quick rush job & when the foot stool was moved just slightly it revealed how dirty it was & clearly had not been vacuumed under in quite some time. The bathroom doesn't have any real ventilation and there was splatter marks all over the wall right next to the toilet roll holder which was gross and the shower pressure was absolutely ridiculous with no pressure at all making it a very long process/experience just to wash my long hair. The pool was nice but the filters were totally caked in dirt and fluffy scum obviously not being cleaned for a long time. The staff very nice and helpful. I think the misleading coffee pods that are in the free tea and coffee section should not be there due to the fact that they charge you for them $2.50 per pod but is not clearly noted and the price list is tucked behind a bag of chips. Taking into consideration the highly priced rooms I think that is a huge insult.
