We offer premium wedding ceremony and reception rooms, along with stylish and convenient accommodation for you and your guests. The stunning Hindmarsh Ballroom is the perfect wedding venue, located on the hotel's fifteenth floor, Elevate.
Concierge didn’t greet on arrival. At reception, lady just handed room card without explaining hotel features or breakfast location etc. the room was dated and bathroom had a mould smell.

As Platinum members we were Allocated room 1225 with a lovely outlook over the park. Bed was extremely comfortable, large shower in bathroom was good. As Platinum members we used the Hindmarsh Lounge where we were served by the very professional Broman - who is a wonderful asset to Accor. We dined in Parc - enjoyed the food each time. The method used to book into the dining area for breakfast is extremely time consuming for the staff when it is busy with guests queued up waiting to enter. Perhaps a pre-typed list of rooms could be provided and then just crossed off when the people enter as we have experienced in many other Accor hotels worldwide.

I regularly travel to Adelaide and have mostly stayed at the Hilton which has unfortunately changed hands. Although I am a Gold Accor member, I did not feel that I was as valued at the Pullman compared to the Hilton. No room upgrade, I paid extra for access to the lounge which was frankly mediocre. By 6 pm whatever food was left looked like it had been in a stampede and nothing was refreshed or replenished. Staff in general were unmotivated and service was begrudging. I will be looking elsewhere for my next stay.

At Pullman Adelaide, check-in is available from 02:00 pm and check-out is until 11:00 am. For more flexibility, many hotels offer the late check-out option, allowing you to enjoy your stay longer. Indeed, members of the ALL Accor loyalty program benefit from preferential conditions and late check-out.
