Dear Grand Mercure Bandung Setiabudi Management Team, I would like to share some feedback regarding my recent stay from 23–25 October 2026. I was disappointed that my 6-year-old daughter was subject to an additional breakfast charge, especially since this was not the case during our stay three months ago. She only eats a small portion of cereal, and my concern is not about paying the fee, but rather the hotel's family-friendly approach. What made the situation more unpleasant was how the staff member on the first morning communicated the policy. Although the charge was waived, we were told rather rudely that we would have to pay on our next visit. I believe such matters could be communicated more courteously. As a loyal ALL Accor Gold member, I have stayed at other Accor properties where children under 11 can enjoy complimentary breakfast. I hope your management will reconsider this policy, particularly for young children. On a positive note, Mr. Rizki from Reception and Ms. Fitria from the restaurant were exceptionally kind and welcoming. We also appreciated that no additional charge was requested on our second morning. Please extend our sincere appreciation to both of them. I hope this feedback will be taken constructively, as we have always enjoyed staying at your hotel and would like to continue doing so.

Staying at Grand Mercure Setiabudhi was an absolute delight. Every single staff member was genuinely warm, welcoming, and attentive. The room was spacious and impeccably clean, the gym was exceptionally well-equipped, and the pool was delightfully warm, clean, and generous in size. Breakfast was a feast of delicious choices, and our dining experience at Keppler was equally wonderful. A special shout-out to the incredible F&B team for their extraordinary hospitality and helpfulness! Tucked away from the main road, the hotel offers a serene escape where you can truly breathe in the crisp, fresh morning air. May Grand Mercure Setiabudhi continue to hold onto this enchanting charm for years to come
