From the moment we arrived, this hotel made us feel genuinely welcomed. The ambiance is calm and thoughtfully designed, the rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, and every detail reflects care and professionalism. It’s the kind of place where you can truly slow down and enjoy your stay—whether you’re here for work, rest, or a little bit of both. What truly elevated our experience, though, was the outstanding hospitality. A special thank you and dedication to Mr. Irgi, whose attentiveness, warmth, and professionalism made our stay exceptional. Me and my litte family are extremely satisfied and happy for the hospitality, all facilities and also the food. We celebrated our Son's Birthday and we asked for the Birthday Arrangement, the GRO Team (Ayu and Audy) has prepared a Birthday Arrrangement (a piece of cake and the decorations) at our Room. It was superb! My son was so happy at that day. Thank you so much for all staff at Grand Mercure Setiabudi Bandung. We will surely come back.
