Our stay was disappointing. Our room had a horrible smell, it was coming from the hot water system cupboard. There was also no room service available for the entire stay. There were some works being done near our room that were quite noisy.

Disappointed with lack of amenities e.g. cheap toilet paper, minute soaps, no place mats & no drink coasters, only one egg cup, one lounge cushion, grubby lounge and floor, previous water damage to bathroom doors. A obvious case of cost cutting from previous visits. ,
