Beautiful setting but 7302 smells so badly of damp it’s awful. The couch I didn’t even want to sit on it felt grimey. The whole apartment needs renovating it’s stuck in the 80’s

There was no milk in the room for the tea and coffee making facilities. The wifi wasn’t working on the TV for us to log in to watch a movie. There was quite a lot of noise by other guests which wasn’t the hotels fault. They stopped around 11pm ish

All amenities are available at reception and complimentary for collection at any time. Regarding the TV, our rooms use a casting system connected to the Foxtel box rather than a direct wifi login, which keeps your personal accounts secure. Full instructions are included in the welcome letter inside your key pack, and our reception and concierge teams are available around the clock to help with any questions. Location was good, close to Noosa Beach and Hastings St. However the age and condition of the rooms is poor, not well furnished and missing some very basic amenities you’d expect from apartment accomodation. At worst the room was dirty, with spiderwebs and grime in the corners. So overall, a good area, nice pool but falls short on the room.
