The issues you described are clearly not acceptable, and I understand your frustration. I would also like to clarify that our TVs are not directly connected to streaming services in the same way as a home TV. This is intentional, as we don't want guests accidentally leaving their personal streaming accounts logged in on hotel televisions. Instead, we provide a casting system that allows guests to stream content directly from their own device without entering account details on the TV. Finding hair and water buildup from previous guests is unacceptable. Having to follow up three times, only for the room to receive one service during a five-night stay, shows a serious breakdown in our housekeeping and communication processes. The wine and room credit did not address the underlying problem, and I understand why you eventually stopped asking for assistance. We also failed to recognise your Gold status or offer your welcome drink and amenity. These benefits should have been addressed during your arrival. I have raised your feedback directly with our Housekeeping and Front Office leaders for review. While it was good to hear that our reception, buggy and bar teams were friendly, this does not make up for the poor cleanliness and missed service throughout your stay.
