My stay was positive overall. I wish the shower wasn't leaking so much water out onto the floor. I didn't like stepping on wet floor. There were tiny ants in the kitchen. It would make more sense if you put extra toilet paper in the toilet room, instead of that other bathroom with the shower. Move the trash bin or have an extra bin the actual bathroom with the sink and shower. I do my makeup there and need to throw away cotton pads, etc. Very tiny counter space in the bathroom. That's challenging for a woman with face products and makeup etc. The staff were friendly and the restaurant was good. The food was healthy.

Myself my mother and sister booked a week at peppers the staff were extremely friendly especially reception and the staff driving the buggies which was a fantastic benefit The room had plenty of space for three adults Unfortunately the room was dark being on the national park side of which we know can’t be helped but we did feel like we were in a cave the down side was cleanliness of the room it was probably the most prominent the floor tiles were filthy as I wiped up a small water spill and the cloth was black ;they need a massive spring cleaning done . The bathroom is looking tired dust on doors and trims house keeping needs an overhaul . Also more coat hangers would be great ( 3 women in an apartment struggled ! ) I also found not having housekeeping for a whole week a bit odd I've never experienced that before No vacuum or broom just a dust pan not practical The beds were really comfortable that’s a huge plus ! Parking was great ! We didn’t go to the restaurant so I can’t comment on that The gym we used once preferred to walk everywhere If I stay again id get an apartment on the sunny side

Receptionist was lovely. Breakfast was good. We had to re-locate too a different room as first room was Dark damp and had a dirty feeling ! Second room was much cleaner fresher and brighter. Definitely room for improvement in some areas. Towels were old asked for extra never received, products in Bathroom were empty and unfortunately we found a live cockroach in the kettle. Signage for rooms gym ect not clear enough,
