A beautiful spot, tucked into the National Park. Lovely accommodation. The service lacked in a few areas - but overall a nice experience.

Dear Aaron, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback following your recent stay with us. I'm pleased to hear you enjoyed our location and found the accommodation comfortable. Being surrounded by the National Park is one of the things that makes Peppers Noosa special, so I'm glad that aspect of your stay stood out. That said, I am sorry we missed the mark on some of the service details. There is no reason your coffee supplies should not have been replenished, and having a coffee machine without pods is clearly an oversight on our part. I am also disappointed to hear you were left waiting to be acknowledged when visiting the restaurant. A simple greeting and prompt attention should be a given. I appreciate you bringing these issues to my attention. While they may seem like small details individually, they all contribute to the overall guest experience, and in your case they detracted from what should have been a seamless stay. Thank you again for your honest and balanced feedback. I hope we have the opportunity to welcome you back and provide the level of service that matches the quality of our location and accommodation. We've stayed here before and you were great - which makes this one sting a little more than it probably should. Came back for our anniversary expecting the same Peppers magic: great location, solid amenities, Hastings Street a stumble away. Got the location. The magic seems to have gone on holiday without us. Two nights in, we developed a newfound appreciation for toilet paper - turns out it's still scarce around here, post-COVID supply chain or not. Housekeeping kept it minimalist: bed re-made, towels kept damp for round two, and complimentary night-time itching thrown in. The washer/dryer next door rattled through the night like it was auditioning for a horror film, which at least kept us company while we wondered about the fumigation job. Also met a couple of local cockroaches in the bathroom, dealt with personally, then left in place as what I can only assume was an unscheduled art exhibit - housekeeping clearly saw them and decided not to get involved. Look, the bones are still good - great location, can't fault that - but something's slipped since our last stay. Feels like you misplaced your mojo somewhere between then and now. Hoping it turns up before we're back next time.

Reading your comments, it is clear we fell well short in several areas, particularly service, cleanliness and the overall level of care shown throughout your stay. There is no excuse for the issues you encountered, including the lack of attention at check-in and check-out, the housekeeping concerns you raised, the presence of cockroaches in the apartment, and the noise disturbance from the neighbouring washer and dryer. Most disappointing is that these concerns were not addressed during your stay, leaving you feeling ignored rather than cared for. Your comments regarding our team's engagement and sense of hospitality are particularly concerning. While I appreciate your acknowledgement of our buggy drivers, it is clear we did not deliver the warm, attentive service that should be the foundation of every guest experience. Please be assured your feedback has been shared with our leadership team and will form part of our ongoing training and operational reviews. We are also investigating the housekeeping and pest control concerns you highlighted. Thank you for recognising our location and facilities. While these are important, they are not enough on their own, and I agree that something was missing during your stay. great place, rooms really good, staff great, really happy with the stay. some feedback, tv in the bedroom, remove didnt work, tv so small almost not watchable, room was clean, unless you looked, ie; thegap between the couch and wall (15cm) had rubbish & was not clean. breakfast was lacking too. was ok, but mid way through breakfast the food was cold in the warmers & not fresh at all. but still loved it & will come back. we also had an electric car & had no facility to charge, even with a normal plug in the carpark. and staff had no answers except go to the shopping ctr.
