The room (2 bed) was well proportioned and perfect for 3 adults and a young baby. Have stayed at Peppers before so knew what to expect. Cleanliness was reasonable but tbh could be better. Facilities were all good and we love the actual location of the resort just a short stroll from the main drag. Breakfast remains good value esp as there was a discount offer going. If you want 5 star luxury this probably isnt going to cut it for you but over the several times we have stayed, we have always enjoyed it and staff are very friendly and helpful.

Room was great - we had a one-bed apartment which was spacious and had everything we needed. Location was super, too and all the staff we encountered were lovely. My only complaints were the room needed a deep clean - it was very dusty. As in, there was clearly visable dust all over the walls, blinds, vents etc. Also, the breakfast was just ok. Reasonable range, but under the warmer lights, some of the cakes and pancakes and things became as hard as rocks.

We recently stayed in a 2-bedroom villa at Peppers Noosa for 3 nights. Unfortunately, the first villa we were assigned (downstairs) had such a strong mould smell that we had to request a room change. The second villa still had a noticeable mould odour, although it was less intense. For the price of approximately $1,200 per night, we were disappointed with the overall condition of the property. The villa felt quite dated and in need of a fresh coat of paint along with general updates. It didn’t feel like it offered value for the premium rate charged. We hope management can address the mould issues and consider refreshing the villas, as the location is beautiful and has great potential.

We are truly sorry your stay fell so far below the standard you deserved and we sincerely apologise for the mould smell and the cleanliness issues you encountered. Regarding the breakfast vouchers, breakfast is priced at $42 per adult and the vouchers bring that down to $28 per person, which is a discounted rate rather than a fully included breakfast. To have breakfast fully included, the breakfast rate needs to be selected at the time of booking. We are sorry this was not made clearer on arrival. On the payment, full payment is taken 7 days prior to arrival. We apologise for the confusion the app may have caused in displaying your balance and we understand how frustrating that must have been after booking so far in advance.
