I apologise for the issues you encountered with housekeeping, the missing cot, and the lack of welcome drinks as an Accor member. We also regret the oversight at check-in — all information about breakfast, internet, and resort facilities is included in our welcome pack provided with the room keys, and I’m sorry we failed to give this to you.
