Great spot. Good food. Close to national park. Although the toilet did smell the humidity probably didn’t help that it could be better managed

We stayed at Peppers in Noosa 12 months ago and were looking forward to our stay this year. Firstly our room wasn’t ready at 2pm, and then upon entering the room we found the previous occupants’ underwear left on the outdoor lounge, food (i.e. lollies and crumbs) on the floor and in the couch, and toenail clippings on the carpet next to the couch. The kitchen and bathroom floor was also clearly not mopped (i.e. drop marks in the floor). The spare blanket in the cupboard also smelled awful. This did not give us confidence in the cleanliness of the room. We advised reception of these issues at least 3 times over a 24 hour period before the underwear was removed, but no further action had been taken to clean the floor or couch. After 24 hours we were offered daily cleaning, however they came the following afternoon (48 hours after our stay began) but still failed to remove items from floor or the couch, so weren’t vacuuming or mopping. Also rather than replacing wet used towels left on the floor, the cleaners simply folded them and hung them up. The standard of housekeeping at Peppers will mean that we won’t be returning. Things we enjoyed and liked: - the buggy service was great and reliable - great treatments at Stephanie’s - good dining and common areas

Hi Marion, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m genuinely sorry to hear how disappointed you were with your stay. Your concerns were reviewed during and after your visit, and where possible we took action. Two refunds for the unused nights were approved and fully processed, with receipts issued and confirmation provided by Accor Reservations. Any delay in funds appearing is dependent on individual bank processing times and is outside the resort’s control. Feedback regarding service and cleanliness is taken seriously, and I regret that we did not meet your expectations on this occasion. That is not the experience we aim to deliver, particularly for a family stay, and your comments have been shared with the relevant teams for review. While we respectfully disagree with the suggestion of dishonesty, I do acknowledge that the situation caused frustration and that communication did not land as it should have for you. Greater family get together. Special time. Our unit 3br 3 bath, was spacious and generous and very nice. Enjoyed the resort, the pools and the proximity to Hastings Street and the beach. Staff nice, cleaning crews v nice.
