The accommodation was a generous size upstairs (bedrooms) and nicely appointed as such. The living room was a good size for the number of persons staying, but the couch was very stained and well worn. The dining table and chairs were of decent size, but the chairs were very worn and uncomfortable and only made possible to sit at with the help of cushions from the couch to add to the chairs. Otherwise all you felt was the rim of the chair frame and very uncomfortable. Given it was an apartment and people were likely staying for a week or more, to provide salt and pepper should be a must. We were unfortunate to strike poor weather (torrential downpour for a week), the place was dripping with condensation (no cooler on) but that's queensland. The staff were excellent and bar with live music was lovely and enjoyable. The location is good if not during a massive week of rain.

The apartment was spacious and well equiped. The outlook from the balcony was peaceful and relaxing. Easy walk into Hastings Street or the optional shuttle was available. Excellent breakfast available. Would have expected a larger TV for when it became cold and wet.

The hotel is on top of a hill, quite a climb! It’s old and needs some TLC. The carpet is worn, the linen is old and the room we had 4303 was dark and dingy. In Noosa where the sun shines to have a room where the sun does not get in is almost criminal. The architect should be shot.

We liked the location very much....our room was very dark and we felt the charge was too much for the room. Both neighbours on each side were very noisy and we couldn't use our balcony because of this. The cleanliness was not up to standard.

Location is very convenient to the main strip and Noosa Junction, with the added convenience of the buggy service. The 1 bedroom apartments have not been maintained well with cracks in the sinks, missing doors on the bathroom and overall weathered furniture.

The accommodation was fine but customer service was appalling! Upon arrival I was asked for my charge card to reserve against any extras. Upon check-out I was asked to pay for extras which were already covered by more than the amount taken from my card. One week later despite two emails to the hotel I have still not been refunded !

I have looked into this further and can see that pre auth had been settled already so funds certainly should have bounced back onto you card- Sometimes depending on bank it does not show up as a credit back into your account the funds just increase on the account (we have seen this happen before). We are not holding any money on our end otherwise our bank would be out so only other thing I can suggest is calling your nominated bank as it will be on that end that this is held up. Unfortunately the accomodation did not meet expectations Lift (the only one in the block) was out for 3 days and not fixed when we left - we were 4 floors up Balconies were stained, couch was filthy and we wouldn’t sit on it til it was cleaned, telephone line was poor and reception couldn’t hear us, balcony door could not be locked - beds bathrooms and laundry were fine. Staff were pleasant

Firstly, after booking online we received confirmation of payment and that nothing was due when we arrived. Upon arrival this seemed to be the case and we were advised nothing else was left to be paid. 4 hours later we received a harassing phone call a number of times to our room waking our 1 year old and demanding that we pay as we had not already done so which was not the case! The rooms are extremely outdated and smell stale. The games room stole all of our coins with old unusable machines. The chocolate in the claw machine was out of date by more than a year. Finally to top things off we arrived at breakfast (which was included in our rate) to be told we aren’t on the list as it wasn’t included. We then walked down to reception and provided evidence that we specifically paid for the included breakfast to be told “we will honour this” which was frustrating as it didn’t need to be honoured as we paid for it! Unfortunately it seems we aren’t the only ones to have been impacted negatively by Peppers Noosa.

We have stayed at Peppers Noosa many times and we are always very happy to return again. The staff are so friendly, warm, professional and lovely. Buffet Breakfast is a must now that it has returned. The rate we paid at the time was very expensive and we declared it was our last time, however I believe it is a more appropriate rate now. $1000 per night for a two bedroom apartment is too expensive and unaffordable for most people including us.

The rain made it difficult to enjoy the time to its optimum level. We tried to change the booking on the morning of arrival but was not permitted. It would have made our stay better if we could have changed the booking to a few weeks time. However, the room was comfortable, we enjoyed the happy hour bar each night, and the overall experience was good. We made the most of the stay in the rain.

We have just had a most enjoyable family holiday in Noosa. We stayed at Peppers Noosa where we have been before. We had 2 penthouse apartments in Sunrise. Peppers went out of their way to put us close to each other. To start with our welcome was warm and friendly . Our apartments were light ,open ,spacious and very comfortable. The beds we’re very comfy . Each day the apartments were serviced . The bathrooms were large with spacious showers. Each bedroom had an ensuite. Two of the bedrooms led to a balcony where you could sit out and read or have your breakfast… The main verandah had a view of the sea… We were close to the beach and set in the National Park. This meant that the energetic members of the family could go for early morning walks and we could all enjoy the beach during the day. It is close to the main shopping street and good eating places. We also ate at View Restaurant at Peppers a few times…good menu for all ages. We loved our stay Just one tip we discovered if you stay in a Peppers managed apt you have access to all facilities offered like the buggy ride up and down the hill… Daily room service and other things ,however if you book privately direct with apt owners you do not have access to services so just check.. Very disappointing

Ozidoc Business - TripAdvisor review

The resort has a large number of units. They are dated and require modernisation. I paid an average of $400 per night and maid service was not included. The large glass windows faced the open corridors of the next block of accommodation, so shades had to be closed at all times for privacy. It is a bit of walk to the beach and shops. A golf buggy is available to take you to the edge of the property, but really a car is required to stay here. No dinner available in the restaurant on my night of arrival, though I was offered a limited room service menu. Definitely not five star.
