Please note the main resort pool heater is being replaced and is currently out of service. The main pool remains open, however the Lagoon Pool is not heated during these works. The heated lap pool and heated Villa Pool remain fully operational. Thank you.

A dirty fridge is unacceptable, and the paintwork and rust you described should have been identified and addressed before your arrival. I am also concerned that your scheduled room service did not occur and that no follow-up was provided after you raised this with reception. You should not have needed to ask twice for assistance. I have shared your feedback with our Housekeeping, Maintenance and Front Office teams and requested a review of the room. It was fine but for the price and prescribed “luxury brand” I’d expect more. I arrived with colleagues and firstly there was no where to park in the block we were allocated so had to park and walk with cases. One colleague checked in and had to be moved rooms as his room was full of bees, very twilight zone. Another colleague had to be moved later in the evening as her aircon wasn’t working. The room I had was nice if a little dated. The bath was lovely. Obviously the king bed was made of two singles which was fine but the ledge between the two was noticeable. The food service menu and the app is where I really felt let down. It’s clearly catered to families with nothing really “adult” available. If you like pizza, burgers and fish and chips you’ll be fine but I was hoping for a bit more after travelling all day to be there. The app itself didn’t work and i couldn’t order wine even if it was working, though wine was clearly on their menu. Food arrives in cardboard boxes so definitely far from “luxury”, but fine if you have kids. The layout of the rooms is a little odd as you enter into the laundry and the toilet leading into the bedroom and bathroom. Overall it was fine but not worth the pricetag. The shuttle buggy’s were great though after we decided to dine out.

The offer did not reflect the experience we aim to provide, particularly for business travellers arriving after a long day. We are reviewing these areas with our food and beverage team. I have also followed up on the bee issue, the air-conditioning fault and your feedback about the joined king bed. These matters should have been addressed before the rooms were allocated.
