I have stayed at peppers Noosa four times now in the last four years. I have come to expect a high standard but was disappointed. The house is located near the bar and the noise was not what I wanted. I could also hear our neighbours late I to the night. The lack of ability to choose which house location is not good. Twice my husband did not get a towel. Three times I had the ask reception for extra towels. Twice they were provided. On the last occasion I requested towels the two ladies at reception were very rude. Said things such as we have a towel shortage and we will need to charge you for an extra towel. Buggy staff and staff at the restaurant were lovely. Pool lovely.

My husband and I stayed 5 nights at the resort. Very well appointed room, kitchenette and laundry. A 10min walk down to Hastings St, a bit of a climb back up but transport is readily available.Enjoyed the hotel pool, bar and restaurant.Lived being up in the hills of Noosa, very tranquil.
