“Very surprise”

The booking and arrival was a smooth process. We book the studio and got upgraded to the 1 bedroom apartment, thank you! Our room wasn’t ready so we got the buggy service to Hastings st and had lunch out. The staff at the hotel (including the reception, concierge and bar) were wonderful. We got to our room around 3pm and the feel was ok. Big balcony overlooking to the car park and another building so not much privacy due to the kitchen and lounge overlooking to it. The place was tidy and clean but very cold, the aircon was in locked mode so the only way to get turn off was leaving the balcony door unlocked and slightly open. The bed was hard to my liking and the pillows were terrible. Got woken up by a group of kids screaming at 6:45 running up and down the hallway for the next 30 minutes. The housekeeping forgot to leave coffee pods so when I called reception nobody was able to bring some over due to “is before the time that employees starts working” as the reception desk informed. I had breakfast at the restaurant, it was ok. As mentioned before the staff were wonderful in special Florencia. In my way back from breakfast I mentioned to Luiz at reception about the situation with the coffee and he offered a couple of vouchers for a coffee at the restaurant, we accepted his offer and the coffee was outstanding, thank you Luiz! Overall I’ll recommend to stay at Peppers in Noosa if you don’t mind a uncomfortable bed and pillows. Avoid school holidays and book a beach villa so you can have a ray of sunshine coming through your windows. PS: The house wines at the bar are terrible so stick with Aperol Spirits. Poor staff

Housekeeping took our do not disturb sign on the first day. We booked a cot, this was not in our room on arrival. As members of the Accor group we were promised welcome drinks on arrival which we never received. Housekeeping did not replenish our teas during our stay. No information on breakfast times for example was given at check.in, nor was this available in the room. Check in was extremely unfriendly. Did not tell us where anything is located or provide us with a map. Our balcony was very dirty on arrival. Not the standard we had been led to expect based on friends who have stayed previous years. The staff at the weekend were considerably better and more friendly and more informative than those mid-week but by then we had formed our opinion

We had a lovely 4 night stay for my sisters 60th. The staff were super friendly and the buggy drivers extra nice. Whole environment is relaxed but not in a way that declines from service. Great job team

Well located but dated

Staff very friendly. 2x single beds requested, arrived to king bed set up. Had to re-make single beds. Requested room refresh the next day, did not occur until the 3rd day. Decor is dated. Great conference facilities. Well located. Buggy service great. Would only return with a discount.

Filthy Penthouse Room and dreadful service

Penthouse room was utterly filthy. Walls, floors, kitchenware, utensils, bathrooms, carpet- disgusting. The soft furnishings and blankets smelled like mould. The sofa was discoloured from human sweat, stains and it stank. We had to lay out our own towels and sheets to sit in the sofa. Lipstick and grease marks on all glasses/plates Pots and pans were filthy and grimy. I had to wash everything prior to starting holiday. Floors had mould coming up through linoleum and were sticky with in ground filth. Dishwasher did not work-$50 voucher applied to room bill for my time to clean!? Asked if I could have a spatula to cook with- as there was not one provided. I was told by staff that there were none available and I should use tongs. It was a fight, and multiple requests, but I got a spatula eventually! We asked for beach towels daily and frequently told there were none left. We’d direct the staff to where they were in a back cupboard and they’d begrudgingly retrieve some for us! One staff member told us that we would need to use the same beach towels for the duration of our stay. Asked for a room key as our family members had not returned. Staff member said there were none left- end of. I stood with my daughter waiting for another staff member to help. To say the room was filthy is an understatement. I’ll be escalating this complaint along with photos of the filth we had to stay in. I enquired but there were no other rooms. As a previous Peppers owner, I’m gobsmacked to have paid over $6000 for such a filthy room and dreadful service.
