Hi Brad, Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback, and I’m glad you had a pleasant stay overall. The note about the lap pool is fair, the leaves build up quickly at this time of year, but that’s on us to stay ahead of. I’ve already passed that on to the team so it’s cleared more often through the day. The cleaning work outside your villa shouldn’t have left dirty puddles on your patio. That’s not the standard we want you walking into, and I’ll tighten up the process with the contractor so areas are rinsed and finished properly. Appreciate the balanced scoring and the comments. We had a great stay at Peppers Noosa. The buggy service was great for us to get down to Hastings St & the beach with the kids. Staff were very friendly, however they seemed a little understaffed at times. The villa was great - everything that we needed. A little dusty and dirty in some areas, but nothing too bad. The bathroom tiles were stained, but just from the style of tile rather than being dirty. Might be worth a pressure clean soon.

Good to hear the welcome, check-in and overall stay hit the mark for you. You’re right to call out a few areas. The dust, the tile staining and the general detailing need tightening. I’ll get the team to run a deeper clean across similar villas and add the bathroom tiles to our pressure-cleaning list. Thanks for pointing this out rather than letting it slide. You also raised staffing levels and slow Wi-Fi. Both are real pain points at times. We’re working on getting the roster stronger through the holiday period, and I’ve pushed the Wi-Fi issue up again, the speed isn’t where it needs to be and you shouldn’t have to work around it. Other guests in pool not very considerate of noise for other guests, not that is something you can control.

I am glad to hear you enjoyed your stay overall, though I am sorry to learn there were aspects that did not meet your expectations. Daily housekeeping is an optional service connected to the rate type selected at the time of booking, though I understand how this may have felt disappointing during a longer stay. Your comments about the pillows and the noise around the pool are also appreciated. While the behaviour of other guests is not something we can fully control, we do pass this on to the team to help us better manage the area when it is busy. Thank you as well for highlighting the experience with the shuttle booking. We will follow up internally to ensure our communication around third party services is clearer. We had a 1 Bedroom apartment which had a perfect amount of floor space & balcony, loved the bedroom, walk in robe & bathroom ( good water pressure !! )
