Peppers Noosa Resort & Villas 5 stars

My partner and I enjoyed a long weekend surfing in Noosa and stayed at this brilliant spot. Staff are uncomplicated and friendly. This time the restaurant was open and we really enjoyed the humorous ladies working at the venue. Good way to start the day.

Perfect rnr celebration weekend. Feel like our apartment was especially chosen for us to celebrate a couple of significant personal milestones - views over the pool and glimpses of the bay with the sun peaking through at the end of each day to showcase the spectacular birds and trees that surround this resort. A visit to Stephanies and dinner out at a couple of Noosa restaurants topped our stay off. Staff all very personable and helpful :)

Room was great & staff were lovely although did not enjoy the breakfast compared to the last time we stayed we enjoyed the buffet breakfast. Understandable that a buffet breakfast is not available although the breakfast menu could be bigger and nicer. Overall stay was lovely

Wonderful situation and well looked after by the staff as a platinum member. Huge shout out for Scott and Ben for correcting my booking error trough the app and allowing us to book that extra night! Well worth it. Great situation with respect to Noosa and the main beach. Will be back. Cheers Geoff

We just stayed for 1 night for our wedding anniversary. Easy Check-in and the room was modern, clean and quiet

Sensational food, loved the gluten free choices on everything, friendly supportive staff, great villa.

Stayed in tree top villa absoulout perfect, every thing you need and then some, modern and spacious and back onto a lovely setting. The only reason we didn't do a 10 was down to our neighbours smoking all the time and pretty loud. Not the fault of the hotel at all. The staff was all amazing and seriously helpful everyone has a smile.

Had a good time.

This was a wonderful part of the world to stay, however we were so sad when we arrived on our honeymoon and the room smelt moldy. We couldn't keep the doors shut on the duration of our stay and as they were booked to capacity, we couldn't change rooms.

We had the best weekend at Peppers recently. The staff were so accommodating and went out of their way to make us feel safe, welcomed and ensure we had the best time. It was brilliant!

The staffs are friendly ,but the services provide to us were less than expected under the brand of the Peppers. I have booked the room with the daily housekeeping services for four nights ,but on the second day,the towels have not been changed and the third day,the housekeeping has not be done. on both days,we have played the golf and would like to take the shower ,but we had to wait for the housekeeping done.And there was the coffee machine,but the milk has only been provided on the last day. Those issues are disappointing. and it needs the improvement.

Had a great few days at Peppers Noosa. Large clean spacious 1 bedroom apartment with everything you needed. Staff are friendly and helpful. Food is great and location is close to everything.

Enjoyed the well-appointed Sands apartment. The staff at the reception were very friendly, check in was quick and we felt welcome. The facilities were top class, we had good time at the pool, Gym and the steam room. We were a bit disappointed that the pool atop the hill was out of bounds even though it was remaining unused. The breakfast was of good quality and the wait staff were extremely nice. I have serious grief about your call centre though, else I would have given a 9.5 rating. The call centre staff are unable to comprehend or speak English properly, I had bad experience more than twice, having to repeat my queries multiple times. Either they need better training, else suggest you to recruit people with better listening and speaking skills.

We stayed for one night this month for a quick break away with the kids. The hotel itself was great. The location is fantastic and facilities really nice however our room was dirty when checked in. There was blood from the previous guest in the bathroom, the kitchen and living area had food on the floor under the table and foot stool. The microwave nearly fell out out of the hole it was in on top of my 4 year old as it was suspended on this weird metal plate that rocked back an forth when you opened the door. The bathroom sinks had toothpaste from the previous guests in it and the shower in the ensuite bathroom was dirty. The fridge inside looked like it hadn't been cleaned for weeks! Given the current COVID circumstances and the rate that was charged, you would expect a much cleaner environment.

Had a relaxing time on this Luxury Escapes trip. The one bedroom apartment was spacious and comfortable with a beautiful bush outlook. We had a disabled unit for some reason and the shower was not as good as we hoped. Water got all over the floor and we had to keep mopping after our shower. Food at breakfast and our free lunch was amazing. We had been prepared to go out for breakfast but had no need to. Craig and Mary did a great job as did all the workers (can't remember all their names). They all looked after us very well and were friendly and helpful. The buggy was always available and didn't have to wait long for pickups to get up the hill. The only real problem we had was no instructions for washing machine and tv. Gave up on both, but not a big problem for us. Thank you Peppers, we would definitely return.
