We had a wonderful time at Peppers and were appreciative of the beautiful location, helpful staff and facilities. Our room was generous, the kitchen was well stocked with cutlery and cookware and the balcony had a lovely view over the beautiful parklands. We think that our experience would have been improved if some basic kitchen supplies were supplied in the room. While it is possible these items could have been procured/purchased from reception it would be preferable to have basic cooking (oil, salt and pepper) and cleaning (dishwashing tablets or liquid) supplied for a week long stay in a self contained apartment. This would also assist in minimising unnecessary waste

I am genuinely concerned to hear about the issues you faced with your room, including a broken dishwasher, a malfunctioning TV, cleanliness concerns, and the lack of daily housekeeping service. Tired and in need of a refurbishment

The rooms were filthy with dust and dirty bathroom floors which had engrained dirt throughout. We complained to reception and they attempted to clean but forgot to send the cleaner or they didn't turn up. We paid $250 for a doctor to provide steroids for my daughters asthma bearing in mind she has not had an asthma attack f or over 5 years. Disappointed
