We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Peppers Noosa. Just a short stroll to Hastings Street but you feel 200km away tucked in the bush.

Your staff truly make the Peppers experience. The rooms are comfortable and exactly to the standard you would expect, but ultimately it’s your people who bring me back. We enjoyed a four-day family getaway after a busy year and thoroughly loved our stay. As a Platinum Accor member who has stayed at many hotels, I can confidently say your welcome gifts are the best by far — a beautiful tote bag, wine, beer, chocolate and macadamia nuts. Absolutely amazing. I did experience a small issue with the app not showing the welcome drinks, but Kiara at reception was extremely helpful and promptly arranged drink cards for us in place of the technical glitch. The breakfast offering is of a terrific standard, with delicious fresh food, but the true highlight of the breakfast experience is Mary. She is simply amazing — calm, always smiling, and remembering everyone’s name, which adds such a personal touch. We also met Andy, the F&B Manager, who was very personable and kindly offered to take photos for us in front of the Christmas tree. Overall, it was a really great experience and exactly what our family needed. Many thanks.

Stayed in 4bedroom Villa with our 4 (teenage) kids. Super accommodation and would easily stayed longer. Great design and suburb view. The criticism and as a platinum Accor member we waited for our room to be ready until nearly 4pm. No early check in or even a call to keep us updated. We tried to get a little bit of a later check out but could only get to 1030 even as a platinum member, even though we checked in at 4pm. Lucky it was a 3 night stay not a 1 night stay! Breakfast was ok, but really short staffed. With some little tweaks this place could be amazing but at this point the only big thing going for it was the room. Hoping my feedback actually creates some view of change. I would say the service could also be overhauled .

Three bedroom penthouse on Lvl 7 in Sunrise... all on one level... the view across Laguna Bay is outstanding. The floors were in need of a thorough mopping!

We had the best time in our 3 bedroom Tree Top Villa - the villa was well appointed and beautifully decorated and so comfortable. The cart service to the main street was a deal breaker too! We had breakfast included which was fantastic with so much variety. The staff were very welcoming and were very helpful in all our requests. Overall, we had the best experience as I celebrated a special birthday with the family and they had an unforgettable time - I also received the most beautiful gifts from the resort to top it off!
