Biggest issue was poor maintenance in the otherwise lovely room. Would have covered this when checking out, but there was only one person at reception and several people waiting patiently, and i didn't have time to wait

After telling the staff at the restaurant that the food wasn’t great (probably the worst pizza we’ve ever had - we couldn’t even eat it) they staff member said ‘sorry to hear that’ and walked off with the uneaten food No further comment, no offer to redo… just a matter of fact statement

Air conditioning wasn’t the best specially when ours broke down and we had to transfer to another room which was a down grade from the room we were moved from

The standard of the room was disappointing. All seating areas were stained, the electrical kettle was burned, the bathroom floor not cleaned. There was a damp smell in the room.
