To have to go to reception to get a hairdryer is ridiculous, even the cheapest motels have them in the room

We had a great check in experience , great staff and helpful, can't fault that . Location great ... But upon entering our room 323 , it was old and needs a refurbish, It didn't look like the picture and the booking said it had a bath.. No bath, but a shower door that didn't close , and didn't drain very well as the floor drain seems too small, all the water goes all over the floor. The couch was uncomfortable. For the price we paid this was very disappointing..

We are hoping to have more of our apartments renovated and in our Superior category by the end of the year. We have passed on your comments regarding the carpet and shower cleanliness to our Housekeeping team to ensure higher standards in future. Room 206 - pipes clunking day & night, ants all through kitchen & main bathroom, clothes dryer turned on but did not dry clothes at all, noises from upstairs neighbours unbearable all night long

We are sorry that you weren't made aware more directly about the renovations happening throughout our resort; they are listed on our website, however they may not be noted on third party booking sites. We recently stayed and had high expectations given the price and location, but unfortunately left feeling quite disappointed. On arrival, we were told our room wasn’t ready and that we would receive a call once it was available — however, we never received any follow-up, which made the check-in experience frustrating. The room itself appeared to be newly renovated, but the layout felt quite impractical. The main bedroom was very minimal in usable space yet had an excessive amount of storage, and surprisingly no TV. The children’s room TV was not working, which added to the inconvenience. In the living area, the TV placement was also quite unusual — positioned behind the kitchen island, making it difficult to find and awkward to watch. While the location is fantastic, the overall service and room design did not meet expectations, especially considering the cost of the stay.
