The pool area has been completely transformed and redesigned to include a 'water blade' water feature from the pool bridge as well as two new poolside decks that provides more space for guests to utilise during their stay with us.

We booked a 2 bedroom apartment which was great, had everything you could want. The pool was large set in a lush garden. The location is excellent. I would rate this as a wonderful family friendly hotel, it does get noisy with small kids early and continues all day. The linen in our room had an unfortunate smell, this combined with the noise from the pool is the reason for my 7/10 score, otherwise it would have been an 8 or 9.

Great position, Disappointing room

This could be a great place to stay. Reception very pleasant on arrival, Free under cover parking, great pool good facilities and a great spot close to everything. Then we opened the door to our standard 1-bedroom unit off peak this room is about $325 per night. What a letdown I booked through booking .com and the photo was nothing like what we got. I had requested a renovated room. The first thing we noticed was the dirty stained carpet the dirty stained couch. The bathroom, laundry smelt musty and needed a good clean. The shower door did not close properly and flooded all over the floor each time we used it. Appliances were old, everything needs a good paint and definitely an update and refurbishment. Our room number was 323. We will however stay here again and do a direct booking and get a refurbished room as I had seen them while looking around the resort and they look very modern and nice. Check with management before booking a room.

We were originally put in a dingy room even though we booked a deluxe room that said it was modern and remodeled. They only switched it when I put up a fuss and showed them my paperwork. The new room was significantly better and met my expectation. It's odd that you can't get from one building to the next without going all the way to the first floor but that's a relatively minor inconvenience.

I sincerely apologise that you were initially allocated a room that did not reflect the expectations of the room category you believed you had booked. I understand how frustrating it must have been to have to raise this at reception and provide documentation before the matter was resolved, and I’m sorry for that inconvenience. To provide some context, we have recently reclassified our room categories following updates to a number of rooms that now better reflect our Superior standard. As part of this process, some rooms that were previously marketed as Deluxe, but have not yet been fully refurbished, have been reclassified as Standard. Unfortunately, this transition has caused some confusion, and I regret that this was not made clearer at the time of booking or check in. I am pleased to hear that once you were moved, the refurbished room met your expectations and that its cleanliness and condition reflected what you believed you had reserved. Your comments regarding ease of access between buildings and the reliability of the Wi-Fi have also been noted, as these are important areas for improvement. Thank you again for your honest feedback. It is invaluable in helping us improve both our communication and the overall guest experience, and we do hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future under much better circumstances. Room was tired: chipped cabinets, sliding door didn't slide, lamp broken. Room not ready at check in. Clearly not enough house keeping staff. We're not offered towels for the pool at check in. People had champagne glasses in the pool and children scootering fast around pedestrian paths. No staff in sight to ensure safety.
