It does the job. I wouldn’t say it’s nice.

Dear Connor, We're sorry to hear that you didn't enjoyed your stay with us. We know how important good wifi can be, when travelling or business. We are looking at getting a stronger connection installed thought the resort fix this issue. We do have quarterly pest controls organised but do struggle to get rid of ants completely during these wetter and more humid months and we're sorry if this impacted your stay. We apologise that a hairdryer wasn't located in your room, we do have them at reception but this should have been better communicated to you. Glass sliding door fell off the rails and I had to fix it.

Dear Timothy, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations. Your comments regarding the condition of the property do not go unnoticed as we are in the process of refurbishing our apartments as well as our outdoor areas. The sliding door should have been noted and passed onto our maintenance team so it could be fixed. We aim to keep our rooms well maintained and safe, so we apologise you felt you needed to do this yourself. Regarding notification when rooms are ready, we understand how important this is for our Classic members and will review our communication procedure with our Front Office team to ensure we are providing the best possible service. If you can't afford a beachfront hotel, this is a good option - especially for families. Mantra is managing renovations well - disruption was minimised and did not greatly impact our stay (as I had feared it might). Very convenient location, only a couple of minutes walk to the beach. Comfortable bed/mattress. However, I strongly recommend booking directly with Mantra (not Accor)

Little attempt to meet request. Rude staff. Terrible parking. Cockroaches

While we always do our best to accommodate room allocation requests, availability across different areas of the property can limit what is possible at times.
