Great location however rooms are dusty, old cushions, inadequate bedding including no blankets or comforters.

We have stayed at this hotel ~ 5 times. On this particular occasion the maintenance work occurring in and around the hotel from 7:00 am in the morning until 4:00 pm made the stay much less enjoyable than we have experienced in the past.

The French Quarter has long been our preferred accommodation in Noosa, being located at the better end of Hastings Street and with its well appointed (and recently refurbished) apartments and pleasant view over the pool we've always found it easy to relax here. It was a delight to be back after an absence extended by the Coronavirus, from the worries of which our brief stay was a welcome escape. The courtesy of the staff was also appreciated.

Mantra at Noosa is very well located just metres to Hastings Street. Our room faced Hastings Street and was a comfortable, self contained facility. We were, though, a bit disappointed with the attitude of the Receptionist. This is a role which requires a pleasant attitude and concise information in relation to the room, and the hotel generally. Both were absent on Thursday 18th May. Apart from this, the stay was excellent.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom unit, the stay was ok at the best. The unit was grmiey and not somewhere we are looking at going back. The Unit was very dated and dusty, cracked tiles, the main bed had a dip in the middle etc. The outside area required a full clean just to use. On the morning of check out we had no hot water (or no water for that matter coming out of the tap when choosing the hot water option) and we tried to call down to reception and it was going to the after hours number (after 8am) I left my mobile to be in contact so we could have a shower before we left but there was no communication (we said we would be downstairs getting a coffee), not even an offer to use another room for a shower. On check out I explained what happened and all I got was “we’re sorry for your inconvenience” in a very flat tone. The lady tried to explain she was there at 8am so wasent sure why I could not get through?? I’m still not sure how this is my problem when she basically said I could not be correct in my timing of the call. There was no reason for us to ever come back, the customer service at reception was poor at best. If a customer is inconvenienced would you not provide options? Or a reason for us to come back?

The car park was full when we arrived so there was some messing about before getting parked. The hotel was extremely noisy during our stay. Room was very dated. Pool was nice and the location is perfect.

The complex has been modernised recently and it feels great except one bed room unit is small so not lots of space for luggage and airconditioning seems to not have been working room hot in winter stay

We liked the location, though the room itself was in need of upgrades. The furnishings were old and there was some messy, loose wiring around the TV. Some of the dishes were quite dirty when we arrived. The couple before us received an unexpected upgrade, but it seemed like we were in one of the less pleasant rooms. Next time, I think we will stay somewhere never for the extra price.

Unfortunately the room was quite noisy and the supplied crockery and cutlery wasn’t clean. We realised we could have called housekeeping to have this cleaned but we didn’t get the plates etc out until we were ready to eat. With a young child, at that point waiting for housekeeping wasn’t really an option so we just scrubbed everything ourselves. The highlight was the pool area which was beautiful - kept immaculately clean and a lovely place to play and relax.

Perfect location when staying in Noosa, close to the beach/shops/restaurants! Although the rooms are a little tired and have been patched for too long. Time for an upgrade especially for the price.

Great location. Clean but no room service. Hot water speed was highly variable, sometimes wasting a lot of lot of water before hotwater was obtain. WiFi was woeful. Upgrade was appreciated. Echo from TV in bedroom was a bit disocncerting.

My husband and two kids really enjoyed our stay, the room was good, it was not luxurious but it was neat and tidy. But the tv on the ground is a bit awkward for young kids and you have to keep an eye on them. The hotel location is wonderful so close to the mains beach and Hastings street just a 5 minute walk. The staff are very friendly and very helpful. The swimming pool is great for adults and kids and with two spa pools as well. The pool is well heated and great fun for kids.

The room was very dated. Carpet was ripped and pulling up. The TV was on the floor, aircon did not work and bed was very uncomfortable. We didn’t spend a lot of time in the room for this reason.

It was very nice to receive a pleasant from the staff and Mr Ronconi. We enjoyed our stay, and our swims in the heated pool. It was disappointing that so many cafes, bars, restaurants surrounding the hotel were closed or only open on certain days or at certain times. however, this is out of Mantras control!
