The pool area has been completely transformed and redesigned to include a 'water blade' water feature from the pool bridge as well as two new poolside decks that provides more space for guests to utilise during their stay with us.

Dear Moira, Thank you for your feedback; we are sorry to hear that your apartment was not what you expected and there was drainage issues in the bathroom. We will pass this on to our Maintenance team for their review. We have also passed on your comments about the couch and possible refurbishments, to the owner of 323 for their consideration. We are hoping to have more of our apartments renovated and in our Superior category by the end of the year. We have passed on your comments regarding the carpet and shower cleanliness to our Housekeeping team to ensure higher standards in future. We are happy to hear that our staff were helpful and your check in experience was pleasant and are sorry that other aspects of your stay fell short, including your feedback given upon checkout. This is not the standard we have for our staff. We hope to welcome you back again in the future in one of our renovated Superior Apartments for a more pleasant couples getaway. Dear Kathryn, We are very sorry to hear about your recent experience with us. We apologise for the loud pipes, ants and faulty dryer in your apartment. We are sorry that you weren't made aware more directly about the renovations happening throughout our resort; they are listed on our website, however they may not be noted on third party booking sites.
