The pool area has been completely transformed and redesigned to include a 'water blade' water feature from the pool bridge as well as two new poolside decks that provides more space for guests to utilise during their stay with us.

Nice stay but due to difficulty in finding (via gps) your entrance we stopped in a loading zone for no more than 2 minutes out front of the Hastings St entrance and in doing so received a hefty drive past parking fine with my husband still in the car. We unfortunatley won't be visiting and supporting the local businesses again due to the council's harsh actions. We did enjoy our stay at the French Quarter and for that we thank you.

The property is in an excellent position and near all Hastings St attractions. The room we had (307) was a bit shabby and in need of some upgrades. As a Gold Accor member, while that was recognised, we were not offered or given an upgrade. Staff were great and accommodating.

Its all about Jack! His communication both prior and during our 2-day stay was timely, courteous and helpful - and allowed space for two-way communication. He is a great asset to your brand. Also, the apartment was clean, and welcoming. well positioned and perfect. We very much enjoyed our stay, and hope to return in 2026. Also, felt the resort was superior to our prior stays at the Soffitel. (that says something!)

The room and location was very good. Our problem was very high levels of noise from 6am until late evening from other guests and families using the pool and in corridors as well. We chose a time outside school holidays, however the amount of children of all ages seemed to be disproportionate. On our last visit it was very quiet and peaceful. There was also a group of young people who smoked on their balcony near us and were swimming with drinks in the pool, swearing and shouting at each other from balcony to pool. I don't normally respond like this, however our stay was not as restful as in any other resort that we have visited.

As above, my friends i went with all got moved prior to our arrival but i did not and not sure why as it was right next door to me all day on the Friday. You sent me an email 3 days before my arrival so too late to cancel my accommodation as I would lose my money saying that the resort was undergoing some renovations but nothing was said about the constant jackhammering. I should receive some compensation for this as i paid good money to stay here and the Friday was horrible.

We sincerely apologise that you were not relocated before check-in as your friends were. Our team should have ensured consistency in communication and room allocation, and I’m sorry that this did not occur in your case. I also regret that the pre-arrival renovation notice did not make the extent of Friday’s demolition work clear enough. Our team did speak with you during your stay and offered access to an alternative room for the day to provide a quieter environment; however, I understand this was not the right option for you at the time. We also arranged amenities as a gesture of apology, and I’m sorry that we were unable to catch you in person. Please be assured we are reviewing our communication and pre-arrival processes to prevent a situation like this from happening again.
