It was ok. The staff were very friendly. However, I’m not sure where the 5 star rating comes from. Bar was not open in the evening and the cocktails were made with cheap alcohol but the pricing was premium.

This was our 3rd stay at the Pullman Palm Cove, it never disappoints. We booked the 3 bedroom plunge pool apartment which was amazing. Love having our own pool and plenty of space - will definitely be rebooking next year. Pullman staff were friendly and helpful - cannot fault this place.
