Our stay was awesome and we had a great time. Unfortunately, the pool was heated while the temperature outside was extremely hot. We didn't use the pool because of this. It would have been a great spot to relac and cool down.

Balcony and furniture outside our room was grubby. Poor selection of pillows which were not up to standard. Otherwise the resort is a relaxing oasis. Longish walk to shops on a hot day via an unattractive streetscape.

we stayed in a 3-bedroom villa, which was amazing, the resort itself was beautiful but unfortunately the food was terrible in both the restaurant and the lagoon dining. The breakfast took agers and agers just to get served, then a long wait to receive the meal.I notice some people getting up and leaving due to tried of the wait

Accor ALL/Explorer member for toooo many years. Stayed in 1 bedroom apartment which was excellently appointed and served us well. We needed a relaxing stay to recharge and I couldn’t have asked for more. Not far from Palm Cove Main Street so easy to get into restaurants and shops. Food at resort was very nice and staff very pleasant at all times. Frogs were a bit noisy but hey, wildlife. Good night overall. Congrats to all staff and owners..
