Stayed in a two bedroom room with rooftop access and breakfast included. Staff were really friendly and the room was clean with very comfy beds. Great to be so near to the main street of Palm Cove but also in a quiet location. My son and his partner stayed for one night in a studio room and that was a generous size and well appointed too. Breakfast was very nice with plenty of room and lots of lovely food. Would highly recommend.

I cannot overstate how great our family's stay was at the pullman. While rated highly, the photos on trip advisor etc indicated a 4-stay'ish type experience in an aging resort. Instead, what we found was a manicured resort, with excellent huge and spacious rooms, and breakfast/lunch/dinner dining experiences that far surpassed our expectations. The wait staff were kind and very professional, and the food was just great. I'll be coming back and highly recommend it.

As this stay was during the school hol period there were a lot of children running around the swimming pool, jumping, diving etc despite the signs indicating that this was not allowed. None of the staff made any attempt to ask them not to cause other guests discomfort. This is clearly bad parenting however perhaps a gentle mention to a parent may jolt them into being more responsible. Had a bad experience with a guest who ordered food (not cheap) and asked for some soy sauce .. he was made to pay an extra $1.00 for the sauce. The waitress was embarrassed asking him for the $1.00 and he was also very upset - he was at the time talking to me about joking Accor Plus … he quickly changed his mind after this incident - Think about “customer service” .. its not that difficult. One unhappy customer means the word of mouth ramifications are endless
