The staff was friendly and effective. The room was quite small and lacked the usual bedroom amenities such as a decent night stand and coffee maker. I was distressed to find a large blood stain on one of the very thin pillows. The entire room felt more like a college dorm room rather than a hotel for adults. The shower was nice and I was happy there was a door. A shelf would have been nice to store my toiletries. I only had to stay one night so I could adapt.
