We stayed at the Ibis Hotel in Jerusalem for a weekend in November 2025 – two adults and three teenagers. We booked two rooms. Overall, our experience was excellent. Check-in was quick and efficient, and we got access to our rooms without delay. The rooms were clean and well arranged. One room had a sofa bed opened for the third guest, and the other was a clean and comfortable double room. Breakfast on Saturday morning was outstanding – a rich variety of fresh, tasty food, with plenty of seating. The hotel also provides free water, tea, coffee, and other drinks throughout the day. The location is truly unbeatable – right in the city center, within walking distance to the Western Wall, the market (Mahane Yehuda), and many attractions in downtown Jerusalem. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. I want to personally thank Mr. Aharon, the hotel manager, who went above and beyond to assist us before our arrival . He helped coordinate the rooms and made sure everything met our expectations. Thanks to him, our entire experience at the hotel was smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

I was in this hotel for the first time. I liked everything. The staff is polite and helpful. Special thanks to the Wassim manager. A good breakfast and the proximity of the hotel to the old city added to the positive emotions of visiting Jerusalem.

Walking distance to old city excellent breakfast comfortable beds The staff are excellent ambassadors for Ibis Yossi Priscilla Olga and Anton. I left my apple watch behind and the staff were kind and patient and helped me locate it. My first choice in Israel. Thank you so much
