Spot on central location close to station even underground pathway to get there without crossing the street. Walking distance to most of the major attractions. Some great little bars on the river and the deck chairs very comfy. Staff efficient room clean everything you need for a quick stay.

No minibar inside the room specifically “I’m diabetic no any place to put my injection and water it's important to keep one small minibar in the room

The room has all basic equipment needed and the location is very convenient. But we'd be hesitant to come back due to a few reasons: 1) the bathroom door is opague glass, meaning when we put our kid to sleep, no one can use the bathroom else the light from bathroom make the whole bedroom bright. 2) water leaks from shower cabin, regardless of what angle we tried to stand, 3) housekeeping - no refill of facial tissue and soap. there was a day we left the room later around 12pm, then no cleaning done at all that day.

We also regret that the housekeeping service did not meet your expectations during your stay, particularly regarding the replenishment of essential items and the timing of cleaning services; however, these are only replenished once the items are completely empty. Otherwise, you can always ask for replacements at reception. If you have a ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign on the door, no cleaning staff will enter the room. Hotel is clean, attractive, easy location for local transport, breakfast is good. Due to the location, sirons can be irritating at night but a small price to pay.Staff are excellent.
