Thank you very much for your feedback. Several of the items you mention reflect deliberate choices in our Standard rooms rather than oversights. We don't include a fridge or a full coffee machine as part of our sustainability commitment and Green Key certification, offering a kettle for hot water instead, with both available from Executive rooms upward. We also don't have in-room telephones, but rather a digital tool guests can access via their own device through a QR code in the room, allowing you to reach reception directly without needing to go downstairs. If a task chair or similar setup is important for your stay, we'd encourage letting us know in advance, as we can then look into placing you in a room equipped accordingly for a future visit. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back to Novotel Wien Hauptbahnhof and provide you with a stay that better meets your expectations. on our first night, i had to kill 2 scary bugs on the floor and wall. I was with 2 kids and they were screaming. There was hair when we opened the bed too. I had taken photos, wanted to show the front desk next day morning but long queue so didn't waste time as i was with 2 young kids. Quite upset about it

Three nights holidays started with unmade bed and late arrival. With no tea or milk, coffee in the room. Later everything was fine. Didn't bought breakfast due to expensive. Great service ladies.

My first impression of the hotel was very good, mostly because of Ms. Zahn at reception; she made me feel at home and welcome. The hotel is handicapped friendly and checks all of the boxes for comfort, safety, and proximity to public transport systems. It is clean, the rooms and beds are very comfortable and all of the employees are helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

I stayed for 8 nights for a conference at the University and the nearby D tram offered a quick and easy way to reach this destination without the need to change. The room was spacious, modern, clean, inviting and very quiet. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom excellent and there was plenty of storage space and plenty of electrical sockets for charging devices. The breakfast was beautifully presented and full of options for all tastes, with the fruit and breads being particularly fresh and delicious. I ate dinner or lunch on several days and the food was always ample, delicious, well presented and served quickly and efficiently.

Everything was fine from settle-in till check-out. Nice, tidy, comfortable room, with air conditioning and splendid view. Hotel is close to main railway station, metro, cafes and shops.

I am very satisfied staying the hotel. Good location, customer oriented service mind, small but quite good sauna area. A small flaw was that supply of hot water stopped for some hours until 24:00 at night.

The hotel was well located, really close to the main train station. We booked a four-person room. The complementary bed was not so much confortable, and the air conditioner was noisy and not so cold.

I booked a room for two adults and two children. When we checked in, the children's bed wasn't made up. We reported the issue at 4:00 PM. When we returned to the hotel at 9:30 PM, it still hadn't been done. After asking four times, the bed wasn't ready until 10:35 PM; by then, my children were already asleep. I have been a Novotel customer for 40 years, but I don't think I will book with Novotel again.

We fully understand your disappointment regarding the delayed preparation of the children's bed. This is certainly not the level of service we strive to provide, especially for families travelling with children. Following a review of the situation, we can confirm that the preparation of the additional bed was unfortunately overlooked. While our team was managing an unusually challenging evening, we fully acknowledge that the requested arrangement should have been completed much sooner. We sincerely regret the inconvenience this caused to you and your family. We fully understand how frustrating it must have been to return to your room repeatedly and find that the issue had still not been resolved, particularly after having brought it to our attention several times. As a hotel welcoming many families, we place great importance on ensuring that all family members feel comfortable from the moment they arrive. We therefore regret that we fell short of our own standards on this occasion. Having chosen Novotel for many years, we are particularly sorry that this experience has negatively influenced your perception of our brand. Please be assured that the circumstances you encountered were not representative of the level of quality and service we aim to provide our guests every day. The only issue during my stay, they did not clean my room on daily basis until I asked. It's happened during the entire stay.
