Clean, new but noisy - someone apparently forgotten it's next to train station. And the curtains didn't fit so there was even too much lite in the room.

No mini-fridge, no toiletries, no useful things for business travelers such as an ironing board. There wasn't even a desk in the room!

I had a very pleasant stay at Novotel Wien. The hotel was clean, modern, and well organized. The staff was professional, friendly, and always ready to help. The room was comfortable and quiet, which made it easy to relax after a busy day. Breakfast was fresh with a good variety of options. The location was also convenient for both business meetings and getting around the city. Overall, a very positive experience and I would gladly stay here again. The only issue during my stay was the air conditioning in the room, which was making quite loud knocking noises at times and seemed to require maintenance. Aside from that, everything else was very good.
