We loved the property specially how value for money it is if one considers a location not far from beaches and market . All at walkable distance. has all functional amenities good swimming pool kids area and very decent gym was better than many 5 star rated properties. And an overall hospitable hotel staff with Mr. Murari at the reception was excetional.

I had a decent stay here overall. The location was convenient and the staff were okay. I felt the cleanliness could be improved. It’s a good choice for a short stay, but a bit more attention in the overall upkeep and staff would help.

Brief Review Ibis always wows. Had an excellent stay with clean, comfortable rooms and extremely supportive staff. Stayed for more than a week and had the opportunity to interact with almost everyone in the team—truly a pleasant experience. Detailed Review Front Office: Initially, I wasn’t very happy with the room that was allocated. I shared my concern with the front office, and the staff member immediately arranged a room change. The new room was excellent. The Front Office Manager deserves a special mention—always smiling, calm, supportive, and very approachable. Food: The breakfast buffet is truly 5-star—excellent variety and quality. The main course buffets for lunch and dinner, as well as the à la carte options, were equally impressive. The kitchen team and chefs are extremely supportive and hardworking. The Head Chef is a very nice and courteous person. Pool: The pool was clean and well-maintained, and conveniently available for most of the day. Support Staff: The bell boy and housekeeping staff were very helpful and supportive. Their efforts really added to the comfort of the stay. F&B Service: There seemed to be a heavy load on the F&B service team, with multiple orders coming in simultaneously from rooms and the restaurant. It felt like there was a staff shortage, leading to some delays in food service and occasional guest agitation. However, the team was clearly giving their 100% and doing their best under pressure. A small suggestion: if a guest has opted for half board and the buffet is not available, it would be great to allow guests to order freely from the menu with price cap instead of restricting them to a limited set menu. Overall: A great stay, as always. I will definitely keep coming back. 😊
