Security issues abd drain smell in bedroom

I have been very busy since leaving your ibis hotel in Osnabruck but intend to request a refund for a room that was very uncomfortable due to the persistent smell of drains coming up through the shower and Vadim waste. The doer to the stairs to all floors could be accessed by anyone from the outside. This needs to be addressed.

There is only one towel in the room, The toilet was not cleaned well. The entrance door password on the second night did not work. The reservation number for cheaper reservations was for booking and the original ibis website did not support it.

- reservation was lost when I arrived, fortunately, the personnel was able to accomodate me. - many ppl were in this situation on that day, I hope everybody got a satisfactory solution (as I did). - breakfast buffet was disappointing: - only cold foods - no oats/müsli (only sugar-packed breakfast cereals) - no natur joghurt (sugar-free) - room was ok

On the plus side, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the hotel was located right next to the train station and very close to the city centre. On the other hand, the room was very small, and the shower cabin was placed in the corner of the room. It was very tight for a bigger person (both in height and width). You wouldn't be able to use the shower as the door opened inwards and I've you stepped in, you would not be able to close it. There was dust under the beds, and the pillows were very, very flat. We managed to roll the duvet and use that for extra support. (We were too tired to go back downstairs to ask for extra pillows). The website said the rooms were air-conditioned, but it wasn't. Also, there was a tiny desk right under the tv where you could put keys and a purse but there was no place where we could put our luggage on (a raised surface) other than the bed which we wouldn't do. The stay was ok, but these were issues that would deter me from choosing this Ibis in the future even though the staff was very friendly. For the price of the room, I am able to find better, more comfortable options in Osnabruck.
