The design of the shower doors is useless. The idea of sjower doors is to prevent water from going outside. If you build the shower cubicle onto the room, leave gaps all over the doors and cut a big hole where the door handle should be then water WILL get into the room. And judging from the water damage to the flooring in the room, it does it regularly. Also, I never received my invoice that was promised to me on the day I moved out and the hotel is unreachable on the phone.

Too warm in the room. Especially during this period (summer), the air con is not cold.. only blowing air out..need to open window to let outside air circulate the room in the middle of the night. The shower cubicle is small.

We had a pleasant stay at your hotel, but there are a few things that could be improved. First, the shower drain was clogged, causing water to pool up while showering. This definitely needs to be fixed. Also, the bathroom door handle was broken. Lastly, around 7:00 AM, the wooden panel on the wall between the mirror and the entrance fell down with a terrifying noise, waking us up in a panic. I hope you can look into these issues for future guests.

I do not need much. A shower and a bed. I stayed in Krefeld with this brand a few times and was very satisfied. Osnabrück however.... Upon arrival, I noticed the room light was broken. That can happen. As I was making the bed however to my horror a scorpion-like insect ca. 1,5 cm in size was crawling in the bed! I reported it to the desk and got a new room, which was good customer service. Hoewever the new room was not much better. Next to it was the noisy airco of the building next to it so I had to close the window in 30 degree weather. The airco is not fit for purpose, althou I understand that this is general for hotels and I suppose it was very hot that week. There was loose wiring in the room. Water in the sink did not run through the pipes properly (plumbing issue). And then... the shower. For some reason, in Osnabrück, they decided to not place the shower in a closed 'wet' compartment, but in the middle of the room. To make things ridiculous, there was no handle on the glass door, but.... a hole. So, after the shower the whole room was soaked. Who invents this? At least replace the hole with a proper handle! The shower was dangerous too, it changed by itself from icey cold to scorching hot. Almost burned myself. This is a liability Will not visit again

When I arrived at the hotel at 1 am, the only way to check in was through a machine. As I noticed, it didn't have paper. I didn't receive the room number or the access code. I had to make a new reservation and pay again to take a picture of the screen and be able to enter the hotel. The next day I complained and received a refund.

The hotel name says it all, its a buget hotel. Although the rooms were clean, they are small and outdated. Breakfast is also on a budget. The location is near bus/railway station so it’s quite convenient. The hotel parking is very limited, so in most cases you will have to park in the garages nearby.

The stay itself was fine but we were not happy with the communication of the evacuation on Sunday 9th November, requiring us to vacate the hotel by 0630 and forego our prepaid breakfast (although it was of course refunded). The notice was only issued once, entirely in German, and as an attachment, with no indication that it was applicable specifically to our stay - we interpreted the email as overzealous sharing of your emergency evaluation procedure! The email should have been more clearly flagged and the notice should have been in the body of the email and with an English translation and/or a link to a webpage in English. The assumption that we would understand such an important email/notice in German was dangerous. But - staff were very helpful upon arrival and luckily we could leave swiftly in the morning.

complicated and inconvenient door opening mechanism, strange arrangement of the beds... Why did I get a room with an additional bunk bed? The sink drain was broken. There was no hair dryer in the room. All in all, the room had more the charm of a youth hostel. The only elevator has already at its limit during my stay, even with the low occupancy of the hotel.
