Location was perfect for the railway station and sites. Our room was small but adequate for our two night stay . All staff were professional efficient and helpful . Especially Joy at reception who also helped us with left luggage . Breakfast was varied and plentiful. Thanks for a lovely stay .

We had a great time at the Mercure hotel room was lovely staff so friendly and helpful.We had a lovely breakfast and catered for gluten intolerant.We have stayed here 4 or 5 times and never been disappointed.and it’s really great prices just keep up the good work.

It was a lovely hotel and the staff were lovely as well but disappointed with the size of the room it was very small especially where the end of the bed met the start of the dressing table, not a lot of room to move between bed and dresser kept hitting my toes off the chair that was also squeezed in and the room was very warm didn’t see any option to turn off/down the heating

Christmas Party Night.What a great venue with superb staff .Angela, Millie , Sophie plus the two Security gents absolute credit to the Mercure hotel.In fact all a credit . Best venue so far and will be back next year .Toilets right beside you .Served at bar easily .Good DJ .Well done Mercure 👏👏👏

The mercure in Glasgow City centre is well located. And that's the only good thing I have to say about this stay. I had checked in on line for a smoother faster experience at the hotel. That didn't happen. We arrived after 3pm and the room was not ready. We had to wait 20 minutes while it was very hurriedly cleaned. Badly I might add. My sister and I were offered a complimentary drink from the bar. We don't drink. We had a table booked for dinner at a nearby restaurant and wanted plenty time to relax beforehand. Unfortunately that didn't happen and we had to rush. We were not happy with our stay at all.
