Dear Mannes T., Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're pleased to hear that you found the beds comfortable. We're sorry to learn that the bathrooms and overall facilities did not meet your expectations, particularly regarding cleanliness. Your comments have been shared with our housekeeping and maintenance teams so we can continue to improve. Regarding the lift, we are currently undergoing refurbishment works to enhance our facilities. During this time, one of our lifts has been boxed in for the contractors' use, and a notice was placed inside to keep our guests informed. We appreciate your understanding while these improvements are underway. Dear Arthur P., Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed review. I can hear how frustrating and uncomfortable your experience was, and I appreciate you being so open about it. It’s clear that several things combined to make your stay far from what you expected — the room size and condition, the smell, the lack of air‑conditioning during unusually high temperatures, the noise outside, and the lift issues. When all of that happens at once, it understandably leaves a very strong impression. While I can’t change what happened, I do want to acknowledge your experience respectfully. The extreme heat in the city recently has made rooms without AC particularly difficult, and although fans are available on request, I understand that this still wouldn’t have solved everything you described. The external noise — especially roadworks, nightlife, and glass collections — can be unpredictable, and it’s unfortunate that it all happened during your stay. The difference in room rates you mentioned would also feel unfair, and I appreciate you highlighting it. Pricing can vary depending on booking time, demand, and availability, but I understand how it looked from your perspective. Your feedback is valuable because it shows exactly what guests notice most, and it helps guide improvements in areas like room comfort, noise management, and guest communication.
