Great location, very central. Car park not easy to find but worth the hassle. Room small and dated , bed comfortable. Breakfast was great , plenty of selection. Nice friendly staff

Hotel needs updated. Rooms are a bit shabby. No plugs beside the bed. Walls are paper thin could hear everythin from the room next door so couldn't sleep. Double bed is actually 2 single mattresses, so uncomfortable. Couple staying on the same floor said neither the radiator or the phone worked, cant confirm as I didnt try myself. Seems to be the only difference with a "Premier room" was a coffee machine because it certainly didnt feel like the room was premier in any way. No drawers and not much wardrobe space for clothes. Fire alarm went off and it looked like the lady couldn't get it to turn off from the panel so we had to evacuate. Girl that checked us in wasnt very happy looking, just read the t&cs from the screen but no other engagement. Only thing that was good was the location. Overall disappointed.

This is certainly not the experience we want our guests to have, particularly in a Premier room, and we understand your frustration that it did not feel reflective of the category. We are also very concerned to read about the fire alarm incident and the disruption it caused. Guest safety is extremely important to us, and while evacuations are sometimes necessary, we regret that the situation added further inconvenience to your stay. Your feedback regarding maintenance issues reported by other guests has also been noted and shared with our technical team for review. We’re sorry to hear that the check‑in experience did not feel welcoming. Please accept our apologies if the service felt impersonal — this does not reflect the level of hospitality we aim to deliver, and we will be addressing this with the team to ensure guests feel engaged and valued from arrival. While we’re pleased that our central location was a positive aspect of your stay, we truly regret that the overall experience left you disappointed. Two nights B&B. Hotel very central, allowing us to park up, leave the car and walk everywhere we wanted to go (parking extra, and quite expensive for a vacant lot). Breakfast good. A "Full Vegan" breakfast was offered, well done - but nothing special, I was sad to find. Room was small, but clean and had everything we needed. Comfy bed.

We had trouble with our reservation, but Rohan was very helpful. The room we stayed in was not well maintained and it felt dirty.
