I would highly recommend stay at the Mercure City Glasgow Hotel ! The staff that worked there were great and tended to our every need, whether it be delivering room service or serving breakfast. It’s in a great location if you are looking to go out and enjoy the nightlife and the rooms were very clean. Would stay again !

Staff were friendly and efficient throughout. Heating was a problem but quickly sorted. Room was small and a bit tired looking but clean and comfortable.

.Receptionist extremely pleasant and helpful on checking in.Fantastic location.Lovely breakfast.Bed clean and comfortable.Only complaint was room was small.My husband only just managed to squeeze past the bottom of the bed and the dressing table.

Parking was explained before I arrived Your receptionist who checked us in and out was extremely helpful very informative and also very aware of the current precautions due to the covid29 virus the barman was very attentive too the room was made up perfectly on our return from dinner and I got the type of room requested too all in all a great stay -

Hotel is in a good location but the rooms are looking a bit tired. Bathroom in particular was shabby, the net curtains between the windows were dirty. Radiators were very noisy even when switched off.

Not good. Rooms are in terrible need of an update. The bathroom was very old- taps and shower curtain look like they're from the 80s, desk in rooms looked water damaged and chipped. Windows were very old and not safe looking. The first room we got smelt like cannibis. We were changed rooms but the standard didn't improve ( except it smelt cleaner). I would not stay here again.

Stayed here for one night and the foyer is lovely but our room on the 6th floor was tiny and not very clean , hadn’t been dusted for a while , which Is not great considering the COVID 19 is around just now . Breakfast was nice but would be reluctant to stay again

Room was "tired" but clean. I had booked a twin room and it was made up as a "double" - plenty of room but lacked attention to detail/personal touch. Sound from club(?) seemingly behind/underneath my room was somewhat intrusive but understandable in a city centre location - could have been advised of possible noise though. All staff really friendly and helpful - even apologising for having to ask additional questions in light of coronavirus issue.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Great nights sleep, beds very comfortable and room was cleaned to a good standard. Breakfast was plentiful, fresh and really nice. Rooms could maybe do with a bit T.L.C. but overall had a great stay
