Perfect location for my needs. Hotel lobby has recently had a makeover and the place looks vibrant and fresh. Plenty to choose from breakfast and the staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Everything went as expected without any problems. Did not make use of hotel services beyond the overnight accommodation and breakfast, so cannot comment on those.

No sleep at all for 5 nights, access was poor, lift in operation, lift out of operation. restaurant located in the basement, the list is endless. The rooms are in a shocking state of repair.

We appreciate you highlighting this, as it helps us ensure communication remains clear. Your comments about room condition and access during the works are noted, and I’m sorry this affected your comfort. We are carrying out essential improvements to bring the hotel up to a much higher standard, and unfortunately this does mean some disruption while we continue to operate. Room was very dated, alot of street noise and from other residents, therefore I had hardly had any sleep. Breakfast was great.
