Ok stay. Room ok bu nothing special. Breakfast was average and the lifts make a terrible noise through on floor 7 . Not the best but not the worst hotel I've ever stayed at.

Arrived at the hotel to park the car and found the hotel carpark flooded so had to navigate through puddles to exit,reception staff were pleasant and gave us our room cards,the room was pretty small and freezing(no heating on) after going out for dinner we returned to the room about 12am to find there was no hot running water and the toilet had a leak so had to put a towel down to soak this up,breakfast was ok but to be honest the experience fell far below my expectations. I will not be booking again or recommending this hotel to anyone.

The rooms were quite cramped - maybe remove some of the furniture? My shower ( room 306) was broken Overall though I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would happily recommend it

On arrival we received a warm welcome and were quickly allocated our room. The room was warm, clean and comfortable and the bathroom had an excellent powerful shower. The morning breakfast was warm, tasty and plentiful. All the staff we spoke to were cheery and helpful.

Hotel was nice food was ok but due to people arguing till 06.30 in the morning me and my partner never got any sleep was not very happy.

It was fine. We checked in efficiently and our room was ready on time. The room was quite small but did the job as we were only staying 1 night. The bathroom had quite a few scuffs and probably could do with a refurb and the room itself was a bit dated but the bed was comfortable and we used the tv which was good. The central location was perfect for us and was our main reason for choosing this hotel. The breakfast which was included was good and I liked how it was sort of buffet style and myself and my boyfriend are quite fussy eaters so it meant we could pick what we wanted without feeling awkward. We were able to leave our luggage after we checked out so we could do a few hours shopping which was great.

Great hotel, Great location, Central, This was a good hotel if i did not have to complain about the state of the first room that we walked into. The picture clean but the dust was lying about for a good few weeks old and this could of easy cleaned as i somehow managed to clean it with my hand on all pictures frames and lamps. I also found that the bathroom and toilet seat was not put on right and the bath had a huge hole in it and was trying to be hiding with poly filler and even then the bath didn't look invited. I did complain all i got was we can move you room and move you to another and witch i took up on. I feel like that the staff were ok and were probably a bit peed off that i complained about the room. Further looking around the room i found a stain on the rough looking carpet and a few stains on the lampshade ROOM 115 was a walk in nightmare then we got moved to 511 witch was out of this world.

A central hotel that was very welcoming, a clean and spacious room with all you needed. The staff on both different shifts were extremely nice and helpful. The room was very clean however I found the bathroom really needs a revamp. Both basin and toilet were cracked and the silicone skills are interesting.

Came up for my niece's wedding which was wonderful the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely though would have preferred square sausage but apart from this I couldn't fault the hotel.

Hotel was very clean and the staff could not have been more helpful, however we were not expecting the room to be as small as it was and as hot. we could not open the window, we did request as fan which we received but was too noisy to leave on at night. Maybe a good idea to advise room size to guests when booking as we would not have booked had we known.

Cups were not replaced during clean. Bed was not properly made with the sheets just pulled up. Maintenance man opened the door without locking when we first got to our room.
