I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel is in a great and very convenient location, especially for travelers who want easy access to public transportation. KRL, MRT, and LRT stations are nearby, making it easy to travel around the city without spending too much time on the road. There are also plenty of restaurants, cafes, local food spots, convenience stores, and shopping areas around the hotel, so finding food or anything you need is very easy. The surrounding area feels lively but still comfortable. Overall, I really like the location because everything is within easy reach. It is a great choice for both business trips and holidays. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit.

This is feedback, so I'll just focus on things that can be improved; btw, the staffs are very friendly. Reviewing from the perspective of a business traveler, 1) The breakfast can probably be improved with some soup-based option. It gets boring especially after a few days of stay. 2) The newly renovated rooms have even smaller table than what I can use for work. 3) Lighting is inadequate. Btw, there is a mosquito in room 902. It is probably still there.

Overall, it wasn’t bad. The staff’s customer service was excellent. However, I had a few complaints regarding the facilities. - I stayed in Room 1014 on the 10th floor, but the window placement didn’t match the room layout, so it wasn’t very comfortable. - I think this was after the renovation, but the curtains didn’t slide smoothly, making them difficult to open and close. I was also bothered by the loud noise from the door of the neighboring room opening and closing. - I was very disappointed that the refrigerator barely kept anything cold. I requested an inspection twice, and the unit was replaced both times, but there was absolutely no improvement even after the replacement. - Occasionally, a sewage-like odor would waft through the room, which bothered me greatly. Also, the motor noise from the bathroom exhaust fan was extremely loud. The water pressure from the handheld showerhead in the bathroom wasn’t very good either. There were several instances where established procedures or requests I made were not consistently followed. - Regarding laundry, the submission forms and bags were almost never restocked in the room. Even though I brought my laundry to the front desk by the designated time every morning, not only was it unclear whether it would be returned the same day as promised, but it often wasn’t returned even the next day. On multiple occasions, my pants were pressed without regard for the creases. - Although the breakfast menu was extensive, items that ran out—even during the 6:00 a.m. hour when there were few guests—were often not restocked (especially egg dishes and fruit). In the restaurant, I frequently felt that the staff lacked attentiveness in various areas. I hope these issues will be addressed to ensure a more comfortable stay.
