If you are looking for wonderful service from fantastic staff this is the hotel for you. Halen, Theresa & Aman were star employees for us but every staff member we encountered were so welcoming, friendly & helpful - can’t wait to return!

Overall, the Pullman is great but it could become amazing! The hotel, especially the apartment side is pretty outdated and run down. It’s something they should invest in because it’s got something great! The staff is warm and so friendly!! I would go back just for them tbh. A special thank you to Nikki, Falei, and Chris the barista! You made our trip and we were so thankful for how attentive you were!
