Absolutely impressed with the genuine and kind staff...5 in total that i interacted with. My room was perfect. Amazing view, supremely comfortable pillow and matress and sumptuous carpert. Room Service was a highlight too. Loved the ease of driving up and having my car taken car of.

Disappointed that you charged me for an extra breakfast that I didn’t have after I had previously arranged with front desk. I paid for six breakfasts and you charged me for one extra breakfast. No baggage assistance to room, room smelt stale, very old and tired looking room and general feel of the hotel. One lift was non-operational the whole time and then all lifts stopped working Saturday morning and we had to walk the fire stairs 7 levels up and down. Lucky we weren't on the 12th floor! The pool advertised having lane swimming, but it was so full of kids we could not swim at all.
