We organised the End of the Year lunch at the Tapestry Restaurant and would like to express our sincere thanks to the Tapestry team. Everything was absolutely amazing — the food was delicious (the chef is remarkable!), the service was outstanding, and the atmosphere was delightful. A special thanks going to the administrative team for looking after our group, attending to every detail, and accommodating all the last-minute amendments. Thank you, team — we are very much looking forward to coming back.

Nikki and Rodrigo helped me with my room and reservation during a very busy, full-occupancy period at the hotel. They were extremely professional & welcoming and I really appreciated the room upgrade. All the staff I encountered from the Front Office, Valet, Club Lounge and HSK were very friendly and accommodating. The bed was comfortable and the gym was excellent. The bathroom was a bit tired and the QR-code tent displays in the room for the spa and room dining could use an upgrade in quality, as they were quite small and couldn’t stand properly. I ordered the steak from room service and it was cooked perfectly and tasted great with the jus — well done to the chef Thank you to the Pullman Hotel team
