We were very well taken care of (especially by Virat) and really enjoyed our stay. The property is very well maintained, and our room was clean and bright. We did have to wait a while for the valet service at one point but it was otherwise good.

We have stayed and will Continue to stay with you however this time our experience wasn’t as great as usual. I paid for an upgrade to the residence and the blinds kept on hitting the wall due to a breeze. So kept us up all night. The other thing was there were ants in the kitchen. At 8am after the first night I called reception and asked for glasses, informed of the ants in the kitchen area and also to make our room up. I left to go to work and came back at 5pm - nothing had been done! Just a little Disappointing

We stay here at the Pullman many times during the year. Every time we experience excellent service and a lovely suite on the 14th Floor. The concierge out front were lovely and very friendly.
