Amazing are all the employees. From Reception, Breakfast, Bar and also the employees in the floor have given an outstanding professional service. I stayed in this hotel already previously and the hardware and cleanness is fantastic. Well maintained. I am quite critical when it comes to hotels, but I couldn't find anything. Quietness, Blockout Curtains, My Bed Quality and the excellent Coffee and Tee offer. Especially the great idea with the Ronnefeldt Tea Infusion for Turn Down. I loved it. Thanks to everyone to make my stay a great one.

We arrived in the midst of a heat wave. I was adamant that we have air conditioned rooms and was told we would. We arrived and went to our room that was very hot I immedietly turned on the a/c and within 15 minutes realized it was not working. I asked to be moved and was told there was no other suite available. I waited in the lobby after a 14 hour flight for 2 hours to get into a new room the a/c barely worked and I was told that was the best they could do for $750 CDN a night disappointed is an understatement

My stay was absolutely fantastic, from welcome to departure. This was I believe my third time in the hotel, and the best one so far. The room (611) was perfect thanks to the balcony. Staff was super professional and polite. The GM, Mr. Opitz, welcomed me personally, and some feedback I gave last time in regards to breakfast/breakfast service has been addressed. In fact, there was nothing that could have possibly been improved during breakfast. Also ordered room service, which was fantastic (staff and food wise). I stayed at the JW for my last 2 stays, but will visit the Sofitel more frequently. Please extend my thanks for this great stay to your staff - they are fantastic!

This was another fantastic stay at Sofitel Frankfurt. Thank you for acknowledging my status and for the upgrade to the Prestige suite, which was simply perfect! Breakfast was incredible! Actually, in terms of quality, it was the best breakfast I've ever had in my life! I was really impressed. The staff are wonderful. I can't wait to return!
