Absolutely loved my stay! Carlijn at the reception was a gem! So sweet, humouring my try at speaking Dutch but also perfectly fluent in English and even speaking some German. She had the best tips, was the loveliest woman ever and made my stay absolutely pleasant! The hotel itself is very conveniently located across the street from the main station of Leiden and just a short walk from the bigger windmill of Leiden. It is clean albeit a bit dated. Will absolutely recommend this hotel to friends and probably book again.

Well located. Staff at reception nice and kind. Room freezing cold. Heating system was turned off either automatically or by service staff and temperature dropped to 16C. No heating system in the bathroom.

I have staye dhere ver often. It is a simple hotel located near the station. Good if you are travveling by train, but not a good option if traveling by car.
