Our stay was quite disappointing due to inadequate room provisions. Our room did not include a toothbrush set, and we initially assumed the hotel did not provide one—however, that was not the case. Although the staff were aware that we checked in as a family of four, the number of towels and pillows provided was clearly insufficient for our group. Even after we requested more, we were told that the room was only set up for two people. Overall, this created a very unpleasant and inconvenient experience

Hotel is very well located beside the BTS station and walkable to the city centre in Siam. The room is also comfortable and kept clean. Breakfast is decent.

What I like the most about this hotel : 1. Prime Location 2. Breakfast - especially with self-service Fresh Juice ( Carrot, Pineapple, and Beet Root) 3. Gym - Compact with awesome Bangkok skyline view. What I wish I had experienced : 1. Free upgrade to Deluxe Suite Room. I sent request by email to Guest Relation Officer but no response unfortunately.
