Every thing about this hotel is about maxmising revenue whist providing minium service eg one biscuit for two people. I asked for a wake up call, it never came.

The room was far too small for 2 adults - almost claustrophobic.

Kia Ora Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sorry to hear that the room size did not meet your expectations and that you found it uncomfortable for two adults. As a budget airport hotel, our rooms are designed to provide a compact and practical space for short stays, but we understand that the layout may not suit everyone's needs. Your comments are valuable and help us better understand our guests' experiences. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again and assist in finding a room option that better suits your needs. Kind regards Eli. Fifita Hotel Manager

Stayed here while transiting between flights. It is very close to the airport and is linked by the yellowbus shuttle, so always accessible within 35 minutes 24/7. Quick check in, which is great in the early hours of the morning. Rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable. They are relatively soundproof, which is important for a hotel with people coming and going at all hours and they have a lot of notice in the hallways reminding guests to be quiet for the sake of others, so a nice and often needed touch.Free tea and coffee in the reception/kitchen area. Perfect for this type of travel stay.

Dear Janene G., We very much appreciate your comments regarding your stay at the ibis budget Auckland Airport. It is always a pleasure to receive positive feedback. I will share your comments with our team. I am sure that this feedback will serve as an encouragement to all of our staff as we strive to continuously improve the quality of our services. Thank you again for sharing your experience, and we hope your next visit will be as pleasant as the previous one. Sincerely, Jennifer
