We’re pleased to hear that your overall stay was enjoyable and that our reception team was able to promptly resolve the issue with your initial room assignment. Please accept our apologies for the condition of both rooms. While we are currently undertaking upgrade works throughout the hotel, this should never impact our housekeeping and room inspection standards. It is disappointing to learn that dust behind the bed and leftover cable trimmings from maintenance work were present in your room, as this indicates the final room check was not completed to the standard we expect. Your comments have been shared with our housekeeping and maintenance teams so we can reinforce our inspection procedures and ensure rooms are thoroughly checked before being allocated to guests. We appreciate your understanding during this period of improvement works and thank you for bringing these matters to our attention.
