I arrived Auckland airport 8.30am Tuesday after travelling since 9am the previous Sunday. I booked Ibis Auckland airport for the night I arrived as my son was picking me up the following day. He actually drove up Tuesday night and I was very pleased to book a room for him at very short notice. I have recommended this Ibis to many people as I have always received excellent service.

Within a 20min walk to either the Domestic or International Terminal. Also a bus that would go to the Terminals to was only $6 per person (Children under 5yrs free) Room was very basic, but everything that I needed. Jug with coffee and also a mini fridge. View of the runway so could watch flights departing/arriving

Nice and easy check in. Pleasant staff. First night I got woken up from crying babies in the hallway outside my room but well I can’t blame the hotel for that.
