Ar conditioning did not work all days. Poor maintenance.

Dear Customer Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. We apologize that the temperatures were too high for you in your room. At this time of the year, we switch from aircon to heater with our system. We did not plan that we would have such warm temperatures, as it is not normally like this in Automn. Very good location for the train station, and a short walk to the city centre. Very comfortable room and bed. Cold water dispensers on each floor, most welcome!

The hotel is perfectly situated being only a short walk from the centre. Staff were polite and helpful, with a good sense of humour, particularly when we tried to speak French. We ran out of soap in our room but that was quickly resolved. It was mentioned that the hot breakfast offered was in fact cold. The containers did not seem to be switched on so the food was lukewarm and unappetising. Nevertheless it was a pleasant place to stay with all the lovely artwork on display.
