We stayed for 2 nights and found the hotel clean, modern and very comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic, as were the staff. The pool was perfect for a dip and the pool bar staff were very accommodating.

We were satisfied with our stay. The reception and restaurant staff were extremely welcoming, and everyone was friendly despite our stay being a few days after the Avignon festival. Thus, the room was not in the best condition as I would have expected, but after requesting the housekeeping personnel to vacuum clean the room directly, our stay became more comfortable. The faucet pipe also stank of sewage for the first two days, but this was also taken care of without request, which was greatly appreciated. We also had problems with the TV (electronic failure) on our first evening. This was promptly solved by turning off the fuse in the room. The personnel at the reception and another person who personally dealt with the issue promptly reacted, so we didn't have any problems after that.

The room did not meet our expectations. The air conditioning was not working, making the room extremely hot and the night very uncomfortable. The staff were helpful and provided two fans, which we appreciated, but this only partially solved the issue. There was also an unpleasant smell in the room, the sink was clogged, and the bed was very squeaky. Overall, too many issues for a comfortable hotel stay

the ctrip website said the room has a bed, sofa bed and pull down bed, which is a little bit confusing without proper pictures. I would highly recommend hotel to put more exact pictures of each room on the booking website. As i notice room is usually same size. I appreciate that they make the sofa bed for us before our arrival.
