Amazing massage and overall experience! Both massage therapists were very polite and friendly. They were able to book us with very minimal heads up. I would recommend this to anyone if you’re in Phuket. Definitely worth booking and enjoying!

I can't speak highly enough of this resort on every level it was incredible! From the service pre-arrival to booking transfers, to having the food & beverage manager contact me and re-assure me that there would be plenty of options for my dietary requirements. From start to finish the hotel was fantastic!

Very nice hotel very clean , nice , nice view , nice lobby, nice room with good size. have a nice and helpful reception , close to the airport, and nice breakfast with diverse of good. The price of the room is little bit high. Also , the price of the restaurant inside the hotel is high. But, there is a few restaurants just walking distance from hotel . going back and forth from the room to the lobby is not that easy but they have cars take you back and forth. Overall very good experience

The condition of the main facility, particularly the main pool was so incredibly, unacceptably in disrepair. There was no grout on most the tiles and hundreds were missing, loose and scattered across the pool. This could not be a new issue, it has likely been years of neglect that I can't believe you allow guests to see this and maintain a reputation. It was a level of negligence I've never seen at any hotel level. The adult pool was very well done so I hope that the intent is to finish the main pool similarly but the fact its as far gone as it is means to me that you don't care enough to do anything timely. One good note, Room service was amazingly fast.
