Third time back at the hotel, and its better every time…. Rooms great, food great ( breakfast is unbelievable, those almond croissants wow!!!)…. The staff/service is second to none, Brett/albert can’t do enough for guests !!!! See you next year !!!!!

I had an amazing experience at the Pullman Hotel and truly enjoyed every moment of my stay there. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and luxurious, with a very calm and relaxing atmosphere. The spa, in particular, is outstanding. I visited the spa several times, and every visit was better than the last—I honestly didn’t want the experience to end. The staff are extremely professional, especially Kelly, who gave me an incredible massage. Her technique was exceptional, very professional, and truly unforgettable. A special mention goes to Dao, the spa manager, who pays great attention to every detail. The spa is clearly very well invested in, and customer comfort is always a top priority. I highly recommend the Pullman Hotel and especially their spa. It’s a truly relaxing and luxurious experience that I would gladly repeat again and again.

We really enjoyed our stay and were impressed in every way. The hotel is very peaceful and quiet, with beautiful views that make you feel relaxed right away. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well cared for, which made our stay even more enjoyable. It was the perfect place to slow down and truly rest. We felt refreshed, recharged, and completely at ease during our time here. This was the kind of stay where you actually feel like you’ve had a proper break. Breakfast was absolutely excellent and truly one of the highlights of our stay. The selection was extensive and everything we tried was delicious. There was a great variety of both savory and sweet options, with a perfect balance of Thai and Western dishes. Honestly, there was nothing to fault. My husband and I had treatments with Kelly and Tanya, and it was incredibly relaxing at Dhatri spa. The treatments helped release all the tension and fatigue, and we felt completely at ease afterward. The spa is very popular, so we highly recommend booking in advance before your stay. We honestly loved the experience so much. We’ve already booked another stay and are looking forward to coming back again next year.
