As a Marriott Lifetime Platinum and Hilton Diamond member, I have stayed at countless luxury properties worldwide, and I can confidently say this hotel is truly world-class. It lacks absolutely nothing. The property offers the best views, and the Italian F&B is easily at the top level in all of Phuket. Combined with the outstanding breakfast and the genuinely friendly service from the entire team, the overall experience was simply perfect.

We were initially assigned an end room. About 50 meters outside the balcony was a parking lot, and about 20 meters away was a drainage ditch, with a faint odor seeping into the room. So we called the front desk to request a room change. After waiting for about an hour, we finally walked to the front desk and asked again, and only then did we manage to get the room changed. The new room was very nice—pleasant surroundings and close to the pool. The hotel breakfast was also quite good.
