Too much Money Mindset & No special Gesture from Hotel Side on Occasion of my Wife's Birthday (Other than just a simple Room Deco)

Dear Mr. S., I am genuinely sorry to read that your stay felt average and that we were unable to make your wife’s birthday feel as special and memorable as you had hoped. While our team arranged the room decoration, I fully understand that this gesture did not meet your expectations and that the overall experience left you feeling that greater thought and care should have been shown for such an important occasion. This is certainly not the impression we wish to leave, and your comments will be reviewed with the relevant teams so that we can improve how we recognize and personalize future celebrations. I also regret that the breakfast selection did not offer enough inclusive vegetarian options, particularly for Indian guests. Your feedback is valuable and will be shared with our Culinary team for consideration. In addition, your comments regarding ease of access, internet speed, and our sustainability efforts have been carefully noted. Although we are pleased that our team received a positive score, it is clear that the overall stay did not reflect the experience you expected from us as an ALL Silver member. Dear L., It is wonderful to know that you enjoyed a relaxing break with us and appreciated the service, comfortable room, peaceful surroundings, and breakfast. At the same time, I am sorry that the Wi-Fi speed did not meet your expectations. Your feedback has been shared with our team for further review and improvement. Regarding the beach clean-up activity, we sincerely appreciate that you volunteered to take part. Unfortunately, the activity had to be cancelled due to the adverse weather conditions and a red flag warning at the beach, which meant it was not safe to proceed. Nevertheless, I regret that the reason may not have been communicated clearly or convincingly at the time. We will remind our team to provide guests with clearer and more transparent information whenever an activity must be changed or cancelled. Being conveniently located, only 15 minutes from the airport, the Pullman is the perfect escape whether for a dedicated escape, or for the last few nights of your stay in Phuket (so you can easily access the airport). The property overlooks Naithon Beach, which is a beautiful beach which is available for swimming, but also boasts a strip of quaint little businesses, hospitality stores and massage parlours. While it’s not the hustle and bustle of Patong, it certainly has its own charm. The property itself has incredible charm. Each food & beverage outlet has its own character, and most have exceptional views for sunset drinks and dinner. The service is exceptional and it’s hard to fault a single thing. I’d also recommend scheduling in some Muay Thai classes or attending some of the group activities the hotel puts on. This is honestly one of the best properties I’ve experienced in Phuket. I would highly recommend you give it a try.
