Check in process was fairly poor, no explanation of the hotel restaurant/bar etc, and it took ages even though it wasn't busy. Booked an Ocean Grand room that didn't have an Ocean view, very disingenuous that the pics on the website show an uninterrupted sea view. The pools are nice, the rest of the stay was ok but just not that memorable, it's a good 4 star hotel, not a 5

Great Hotel! Beautiful view from everywhere. Our room was an ocean view room, it was a spacious and modern room. The food is extremely good. Staff is friendly and responsive. The spa experience I highly recommend. Alice did a great job!

I had an amazing experience at Pullman arcadia with my family. Right from the checkin the Hotel took care of everything, the GM Bret greeted me personally we got our room upgraded with beautiful view the food, breakfast and Bar were amazing the happy hours were very njoing , the bar food is 10 on 10 hotel staff very friendly
