Amazing holiday, couldn’t have asked for anything more. Beautifully maintained grounds, both pools had ample shade & lounges, delicious food both at Echo and Vero. But the standout were the staff, made us feel so welcome!

We loved the hotel set on a hill with cars to take you around the site if you don’t want to walk. Great views, good size room and amenities. Breakfast was great, lots of choice and everything tasted so good. Staff were helpful and welcoming.I was unwell one day and they brought meds to my room foc. I left an item of jewellery in the room, after checking out. I contacted the hotel, they arranged for my item to be shipped back to the UK, I paid the fees and got my item back.

In one of your Villa rooms the toilet has a veryt strong drainage stench and your employee did not offer to change the room at the first place but brought us fragrance to cover the smell instead. Poor hygenie could be associated. After negotiating further, your employee reluntantly changing room for us with rude gesture.

All was fine. Though there were 2 things that didn’t like and didn’t meet in any other hotels: 1. My room service for cleaning. It was done only when I called to respective Unit for doing that. It was very unpleasant to enter the room at the end of the day and found no bathroom essentials etc. this is in case that I didn’t hang “do not disturb”. 2. As I didn’t take my Breakfast for couple of days, it wasn’t changed into lunch instead. It was provided breakfast box which didn’t have variety of products and very poor and limited.

We love Pullman Phuket Arcadia Naithon Beach and are regular guests. This time we stayed for five nights and we got a nice ocean view room on the top floor of block 3, as requested. This location is the best, in our view. Thank you Brett, Albert and all fantastic staff for another memorable stay! We felt so much at home. Everything is wonderful in this hotel: comfortable rooms, the breakfast is out of this world with everything you can think of, including Chandon for Accor Platinum members and Bloody Mary. Happy Hour at the Azur pool bar and C Bar from 16.00 to 18.00 every day. We look forward to our next stay at Pullman Phuket Arcadia Naithon Beach.
