I had a very comfortable 15-day stay at ibis Bengaluru ORR, and overall it was a pleasant experience. A special mention to the housekeeping team, especially Gudu and Babul, who were always helpful, courteous, and attentive to keeping the room comfortable and well maintained. The breakfast and restaurant team — Kajal, Tanuja, and Ritesh— also deserve appreciation for their warm service and attentiveness. They made the daily breakfast experience enjoyable and welcoming. The guys at reception were equally supportive and ensured my office commute was hassle-free by arranging the shuttle service in a timely manner. Thank you to the entire team for making my extended stay comfortable and convenient. Your hospitality and service truly made a difference!

Overall, my stay at the hotel was good. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the food was also very good. Everything else was fine. However, I had an issue with Room 927. The room had two separate beds, but there was only one mattress/bed arrangement that was comfortable enough for sleeping. Because of this, it was difficult and uncomfortable to sleep properly. I requested reception to change my room, but I was informed that all other rooms were fully booked. Unfortunately, I could not sleep properly for the 3 days of my stay because of this issue. Apart from the sleeping arrangement, everything else was good, and I appreciate the staff and service. I hope the hotel will improve the bed and mattress arrangements in the future.

I am highly dissatisfied with the way check in was handled by the floor manager Danesh Kadakia - he was not only rude but acted against the basic hospitality. I was really tired when i arrived at the hotel midnight and requested that i will make the payment at the time of checkout. However Danesh completely denied my request and told me that we cannot handover keys to you till the time you make the payment. I have been associated with Accor group for long and was also a platinum member at a point. I don’t expect this treatment. However, a huge shoutout to Manage Gauri, she went out of way to help me.
