we had booked three rooms for family holiday for 6-8 days -but rooms were stuffy with no cool aircon option -if we open door noise from outside with still room temp uncomfortable to sleep with sweating all nights we have to survive -team tried to relocate after 1st night of no sleep from road side rooms and recommended to keep aircon off with windows open (which was difficult option with noises from outside building )-no acknowledgement from team on arrival or welcome drink offered (which i reminded them next day and had on last evening of our stay )-some staff was rude and when asked for late check out on last day reception girl Joe asked for £15 to be paid despite telling her i am Accor member shown my platinum card (when i went to pay £15 after one hour she acknowledged that i do not have to pay £15 for late check out for 3 hrs )

The location of Ibis Ventas is fabulous. Close to everything I needed particularly rail and bus transport. It might be useful to mention that you buy a permanent pass (card) and top it up as required when riding the Metro?
