In my booking, its mentioned that my room included slippers, and bath robes. When I asked about it at the reception, the lady said we dont have enough, they are all used and we didnt yet manage to have more ready. So I had to tip 20 euros to one of the housekeeping workers who managed to get for me what I requested. What a shame and unusual services.

Great location and staff generally very friendly, especially in restaurant. A few things left in the corridor outside rooms for 24hrs which was unexpected as house-keeping still working and night porter didn't remove. Made the corridor area seem less tidy. Otherwise a very pleasant stay and very well looked after.

Lighting was not correctly placed resulting in dimly lit room. Location in midi station means a lot more emphasis on security. I don’t feel the comfort of coming home. Lift is oddly shaped. Overall a bad experience. Won’t be back again.

Room is spacious and the bed as well as the pillows are so comfortable. Location is perfect for taking trains out of Brussels for side trips.
