The hotel was in a great location and was very quiet. It is undergoing some renovation at the minute so it was a little chaotic. That said the staff were very helpful and friendly. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

In beiden Zimmern befanden sich kleine Larven auf dem Bett, und in einem Zimmer fanden wir eine große Bettschabe! Nachdem wir 10 Minuten an der Rezeption vergeblich gewartet hatten, sind wir abgereist. Da wir über die All.com App gebucht hatten, haben wir uns dort beschwert! Unsere Beschwerde wurde wohl an das Hotel weitergeleitet, aber bis jetzt hat sich niemand gemeldet!

Ce qui a été le plus déplaisant a été l’odeur de cigarette dans la chambre !! Je ne m’en suis pas rendu compte tout de suite avec la Clim, sinon j’aurais demandé de changer de chambre. Presque plus de gel douche le matin, sympa au réveil ! Et pas de piles dans la télécommande tv . Très déçu par rapport à d’habitude chez all accor… je ne réitérais pas l’expérience dans cet établissement

Juste une petite remarque, nous étions 2 adultes et un enfant de quatre ans, le lit de l’enfant n’était pas fait. Nous avons dû le faire en arrivant, je n’ai pas trouvé ça normal. Mais tout le reste était bien.
