Excellent welcome. Very stylish hotel beautifully maintained. Spacious and comfortable bedroom. Attractive restaurant with impressive menu and generally good service. Less impressive aspects - only a kettle in the bedroom, no products, cups or glasses with which to make a drink - no beakers in the bathroom. In addiction whilst most restaurant dishes were very high quality the exception was a veal T-bone steak that was not sufficiently tender - in fact I had to ask for a knife that was sharper than the one provided. This dish was disappointing.

Hotel staff are very helpful. The only minor feedback I could suggest to improve is I wish the rooms had A. steam iron/ironing board in them. Always takes time to get one for the room as the reception staff are too busy to bring one up.

This hotel was an unexpected delight and was wonderful .It was large, modern, airy with two great outside pools ..Helpful staff on hand for any queries. Bedroom was large and modern and the mattress was heavenly There was outside and indoor bar service and restaurant both inside and out. Food was good- we were there on the buffet and bar b que night with evening singer and lovely river running alongside the hotel restaurant-we saw our first Beaver in the wild go down stream lying on its back people watching. We will return...
