I used to stay very often in that hotel and it’s always a pleasure to come back there. Great environment, close from any connection but in the same time very quiet place.

We arrived late, driving from Barcelona. The gentleman at the desk was very friendly and funny. Had a nightcap in the lounge and the staff there were very nice and accommodating as well

The towels in the room had BAD SMELL. We had to ask new ones. The waiters are not speaking English or they do not want to. For breakfast I could NOT eat the French scrambled egg with MILK. I asked them to make an omelette for me because I have a lactose INTOLERANCE, some other food allergies and I could NOT eat the MILKED scrambled egg. They said that the Chef refused to make it, they have a “policy”. It is a Novotel chain, the guest should be the most important. That is the REAL POLICY They were rude in the restaurant, the service was just not friendly at all. We did not like being there, they treated us rudely… we are not French, we are sorry…Absolutely disappointed and also we felt like excluded, unwelcome strangers :-(((((( never again !
