We were so pleasantly surprised by our sadly too short visit to Valence Sud. What a wonderful hotel. We both thought we would like to return to the area for a proper holiday and stay at the NH hotel. It was beautifuly decorated, spotlessly clean and the staff were all amazing and helpful. We had a delicious supper on the terrace of the restaurant. Our risotto and pasta were top notch and of course we had a glass of Macon to celebrate our journey. The carpark provision was one of the best on our journey and our dog was welcomed with kindness. We will return to this lovely hotel.

We often stay at this hotel. Our one criticism this time was that we booked a room for 3 adults & our daughter's bed was a very small sofa bed which was only suitable for a child!!

We were welcomed by Paul at Front desk, he made sure that we get the room we requested. Our room was cleaned and comfortable. Thanks to Housekeeping team, room was attended daily. Excellent quality and quantity buffet breakfast was served. We had dinner couple of nights at resturant, food was good and service was attentive. There is a fitness center with Sauna and outdoor pool. Plenty of free outdoor parking in property premises is available. There are EV charging stations. Overall, we had a great stay and will stay here again.

The hotel is quite nice, well located close to the motorway, with rooms that are decent. Only thing missing for a 4 star hotel in the room is a Nespresso capsule machine, instead you get instant coffee (what gets served at Ibis Budget). Restaurant is very good quality, so is breakfast.

I reserved for early check in and paid for it but the room still was not ready upon arrival and the hotel staff mentioned that registering for early check in online does not mean anything but need to be confirmed directly with the hotel, which I was not made aware of during the online booking.
