As for missing items like the remote control, we would have appreciated it if you had reported this to our reception team, who could have provided a replacement immediately. Regarding the air conditioning, we found no technical faults; however, should an issue arise during the night, please alert us right away so we can address it promptly. Our receptionist attempted to explain a technical issue: our system had not processed your request for a late check-out. Consequently, finding the room empty and lacking that information, we assumed it was vacant. There was no intentional intrusion. Furthermore, I wish to clarify that our receptionist did not shout at anyone. The previous evening, we simply asked for the noise level to be lowered late at night—a standard procedure in any hotel. We regret that these misunderstandings affected your stay. We appreciate how our manager handled the situation with professionalism and value the excellent service provided by the rest of our team. Ok but price and value not on par For example van der Valk Luxembourg Arlon is same price but way better staffed and luxery.

The entrance of the hotel is modern and clean and the breakfast is super good. However, the hotel rooms need a renovation, they are old and not in good conditions anymore. They look like a Ibis budget room.

The room was still dirty dog hears in bed and on the floor the remote of the tv was gone and the air conditioning stopt at 23.00 working and the room was very hot and dampt like the bedsheets just come out of the dryer and stil not completely dry But the hotel looks great

We opted for late check out when booking on your website. Then after a few hours around the pool (around 11am late check out being 2pm) my partner asked for a room key for our two rooms and the receptionist was extremely rude shouting at my wife saying we didn’t have late check out and the rooms where already cleaned. She gave her the keys then my partner went to the rooms to find a stranger (male) in one of our rooms. This is not acceptable when we have small children. I then went to the reception after my partner called me and told me this. The receptionist was highly agitated and said there was no late check out I then showed her my booking made through your website with the late check out and then where she was wrong she became more aggressive and started shout at me. I then asked for the manager who thankfully dealt with everything in a respectful manor. But this is still not acceptable. Furthermore to this a member of bar staff also shout at my children the night before because they cheered for the football showing on the television. Two members of staff who should most definitely not be working in hospitality. The rest of the staff where great and helpful.

We have used this hotel a number of times. It is clean and comfortable with secure parking, an outdoor pool if you want it and a good restaurant and bar. The only issue on this visit was the lift was out of order - our room was immediately changed from the fourth to second floor so we did not need to climb the stairs!

Clean yet basic room with very comfortable large bed. Room is slightly on the small size and quite basic but perfect for a brief stay. Bathroom was clean and decent size. Breakfast buffet until 10 a.m. with a good selection of food and drink. Overall, this hotel has a slight student housing/dormitory feeling but the facility is clean and confortable, with very friendly and welcoming staff. The price and location were outstanding for my visit and I would definitely stay here again.

Good reasonably priced hotel next to highway. Location is good and it is easy to exit hotel for walks or to have dinner in several places around hotel. Dinner menu quality and service at the hotel was only disappointment. We have been here several times now as it feels as a best option (cost+comfort) around Valence Sud.
