I saw the hotel had to charge and thought I could charge my Electric vehicle, so I booked it. I also booked the restaurant via the Accor app, which was easy enough. We arrived at 20.30, and the chargers were broken with no plug sockets. I mentioned this to the reception and got a shrug: "They are broken." Well, yes, they are! We went to the restaurant for dinner, and we were told I could not have a reservation as she did not know about it. I showed the confirmation email on my phone and she seemed quite frustrated by it, but did offer us a table. The meal was perfectly good. In the morning the shower was blocked and I gave up on my shower and mopped up the water. I left feeling that was not a great experience.
