Comfortable stay let down by the restaurants

Very comfortable small room , the check in was good but the stay was let down by the lack of service in the steak restaurant which we had to leave ( and so did others) because after 20+ minutes we hadn’t even received any water or drinks. The service was terrible and 5he restaurant was only half full with plenty of staff who appeared to not know what they were doing. We then ate in the breakfast room restaurant which was adequately serviced but we received breakfast items re worked as a diner menu. Our worst food experience in many years of Accor stays worldwide. Good wine !

Very nice hotel "en route du soleil" What supposed to be an efficient one nighter on our trip the Côte de Azure turned out to be a very pleasant stay! Very welcoming reception, great service at the terrace and superbe service at breakfast. The room was small but the beds are very nice and in the shower you get the luxurious feeling with Nuxe showergel and lotion. Close to the highway (very quiet room) so a fantastic hotel and great value for money!! Well done staff of Mercure Valace Sud!!!

Tiny room for a big price

Breakfast was good, and the room was clean, but the room size was a disgrace. Provided with a collapsible luggage stand tp place a suitcase, but there was nowhere to put it. We've been on the continent for almost 6 wees, and this was the only disappointment. Thankfully it was only for one night.
