Regular overnight stopping point for onward journey to Spain. Always good standard & adjacent restaurant meets our needs. Pity no early breakfast times. Good online check in & painless leaviing early am. Sometimes difficulty in finding motorway access on leaving.

So well located, with Courtepaille resto just attached, super parking, many TV stations, clean, clean, clean. Yes, this is a keeper!!! It is located so close to the interstate with 24h gas station right around the corner. FIftteen euros breakfast was out o the question.

Our room looked not to have been cleaned and rubbish bags and a vacuum cleaner were left in the hallway outside. The hallway carpet and walls had spots and scuff marks!

Unfortunately for a Mercure hotel we found our room smelly and unattended to. The receptionist was obliged to change our room and clear the discarded rubbish from the hallway!

Has used this hotel for many years on our way down south. Always clean and ready when we arrive. Friendly staff who wants to make the stay as comfortable and easy as possible. Had a small argument about breakfast being included in the price for senior citizens, but it was handled professionally and to mutual satisfaction.

Reception staff very helpful and pleasant,offered to book a table in the adjacent restaurant. Room spotless and very comfy bed,excellent breakfast except for the coach load who tried to empty the buffet!

Very efficient at reception. No gin at bar but good champagne and glasses. Disappointed not to be able to have a premium room; the bank holiday meant that many rooms, and the hotel in general, hadn’t been cleaned. Nevertheless, the beds were comfortable and the rooms very trendy, with top of the range fittings in bathroom (e.g. Gessi); just a pity a mistake had been made with the original shower fixtures (door) as the filled-in holes in the tiles really destroyed the look. The interior designer has done a stellar job and little things, like paint over a light switch, just detract from the wow effect which must have cost so much. The hall in our floor must be the next to get a face-lift, after the beautiful revamp of the bedrooms (and we were in a standard room); it was grubby, wallpaper was starting to peel back near the lift, someone (one of the elusive cleaners?) had tried to clean the carpet near the lift with a product containing bleach. The floor had not been hoovered. The lift carpet was filthy looking and the entrance to the lift (on the ground) must not have been cleaned in months. Breakfast was adequate, though not as good as that in Cherbourg. Check-out was simple. We didn’t see security cameras overlooking the cars, but I am not sure about that. These may seem negative comments but I am very observant and I would go back (though I may check the Novotel out).

Very satisfactory with regard to a good night. Matrass was of great quality (for my back), very complete breakfast.Friendly staff, Very well situated en route south/north. Late arrival so I could not enjoy an evening meal.

Everything was perfect, but with two single beds and the two small dogs, the room is too small to our taste. Could you also equip one of your larger rooms available with two single beds, for next time we our on our way through? That would be perfect.
