Dear DAVID L., Thank you for taking the time to share your experience in detail. We are delighted to read that you enjoyed several aspects of your stay, including the warm welcome from our staff, the quality of our restaurant, and our facilities such as the swimming pool and Tesla Superchargers. However, we are sincerely sorry that your room experience did not live up to your expectations, particularly regarding the temperature and the incident you encountered. Regarding the insects, we would like to clarify that these were not cockroaches, but wood bugs, harmless insects that can unfortunately enter buildings at this time of year. However, we have strengthened our measures to prevent this from happening again. Regarding the air conditioning, we had temporarily disabled the system due to the drop in temperatures in early September. However, we restarted the air conditioning on Friday morning. We are aware of the impact this may have had on your comfort and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Your feedback on noise and ventilation is very valuable, and we will evaluate solutions to improve this point, especially for rooms located on the ground floor. We hope that you will give us another chance to welcome you in better conditions. Thank you again for your constructive feedback. We do everything possible to make each stay a pleasant experience.
