great location. all very efficient and clean. my late checkin with no reservation was well handled. the lady on reception at 2030 with no notice was welcoming and helpful. restaurant was completely adequate. my stop was a change of plan as my drive to Paris from Sion (CH) was longer than normal due to traffic. an emergency overnight and perfect im every way. Well done .

When we checked in the Receptionist asked us if I would like parking and I answered yes since there are only 5 free parking spaces. We moved the luggage to our room and then I returned and asked (1) where was the parking lot and when I was told where the parking was I (2) asked if there was a code to open the parking gate. None of this information was given when we checked in. There were no other Customers being taken care of when we checked in. We have been to multiple other Ibis hotels across France and were briefed on this important information. We had two double beds in the room that on multiple times had the mattress slide sideways when we sat on the bed or while we were sleeping. We had a hard time sleeping because we both felt like we were going to fall off the bed.

Nous avions fait une escale à Sens pour découvrir la ville et rejoindre les châteaux de la Loire . Accueil parfait personnel sympa souriant et à l’écoute, chambre agréable sauf que nous n’avons pas réussi à mettre la clim en route nous avons eu très chaud la nuit et malheureusement notre chambre étant placée sous l’enseigne lumineuse rouge vive et du côté de la route nationale ce fût une nuit un peu courte mais pas au point d’être scandalisé …petit déjeuner copieux,
