We enjoyed our stay in the hotel, it was clean, the beds were very comfortable, the staff helpful and the breakfast fresh. It is closed to shops and main roads.

Very agreeable short overnight stay on our way from Germany to Bretagne. Clean tidy room with enough space. Friendly staff and a good breakfast. Who can ask for more?

Very friendly staff. Toilet was dirty when I took my room. Took a picture, sent it to the email the reception desk staff gave me. Nothing more. In particular no commercial gesture.

The receptionist was asked to book two taxis for our group to take us to a friend's wedding. We returned to reception ready for the wedding to be told that only one taxi was available, that it would take 3 people and that it would arrive 30 minutes after our requested time. Unacceptable!! In the end one of my group drove us to the wedding which was nt the plan. Breakfast the following day was chaotic with lack of plates, cutlery and croissants. No members of staff were available to help

Diligent service.Ibis team organized upon request a gluten free breakfast and kept it aside for us.Very convenient location very close to center without having the burden of staying within city center in terms of traffic during rush hours or finding a parking spot.

We stopped staying in Accor properties a few years ago because your brands are so inconsistent. By this I mean that sometimes one Mercure, Novotel or Ibis might be great but elsewhere it would be a huge disaster. You never knew what to expect so we stopped the brand. Then when Ibis Styles was created we tried it again and very much liked it. Needing a place to stay in Sens last week we decided to try the new Ibis. It was truly great..very clean, well designed, great staff. The next night we stayed at an Ibis in Beaune and it was horrible.
