NICE PERSON AND NICE TOWN OF PROVINS

Friendly staff, good facilities, nice service. I would stay again when in town.

I found the hotel room very basic and the breakfast a bit disappointing (the bread was not even fresh..) I was used to better stays at Ibis hotels.

Nice hotel, friendly staff. clean room but please offer decent toilet paper. This was the cheapest paper ever and not in style with IBIS. For the rest all good.If I am in the region I would visit again

Clean, comfortable room, good breakfast. Very helpful and friendly staff particularly so in recovering valuable items I left in room on leaving! Hotel is within a pleasant walking distance to old town.

I would recommend going to Provins but this hotel is poor. It is close to the sites but small dark rooms very noisy including a dog who kept barking I believe it belonged to the employees and they have to come in to your room to unlock the spare bed ? Never seen that before

Very bad communication and attitude towards foreign guests. They cut my call when trying to reach the hotel desk to find the hotel, when I said hello in English the lady murmured in French and cut the call. The hotel is not ideal if you use public transport. Positives: One night shift gentle man was more customer oriented, hotel ambiance is good.

The room was quite dark and unable to read in bed -- something I enjoy doing.. No overhead light above the bed, while the bedside light were too low to be of much use. The last breakfast I was shocked to see two young girls come into the restaurant with a large Labrador dog that wondered around the tables were the clients were sitting. The dog was very amiable, but where I come from in Australia it is considered very unhygienic to allow animals in areas were food is served. In fact it is illegal. I was told that it was allowed because the dog belongs to the director!!! I am sure that the owner believes he has a clean dog, but on a couple of occasions it sat next to a customer and started scratching itself. Because of this lack of hygiene I would be reluctant to return

When an int'l hotel chain like you decided to open a branch in any city/country, first and foremost you have to make sure you recruit people who CAN (actively!) speak English. Aside from the decent beddings & meals, I truly dissatisfied with your hotel staffs. They (except one gentleman there) hardly speak in English hence difficult for me to communicate. They also rarely smile -- even shown us unfriendly gesture. One thing that pissed me off the most was they didn't offered / helped us during our checkout, where the condition was me & my wife brought 1 sick toddler, plus bags & stuffs (and it was raining!), and we didn't bring car hence rely so much on the public (or hotel) transport. They told us no taxi (and car hotel!) available to drop us to the train station. As a result, with the aforementioned condition, we walked to the tourism office instead of directly to the station. With the hope that we found someone who can help us, ..and luckily we found it. Problem solved. Your Provins hotel = Not Recommended!

We enjoyed the position of the hotel, the surroundings and the parking. The room was rather cramped but well appointed. Breakfast was very adequate. The no-fuss check-in was welcome after a day's drive from southern Burgundy.

In general the hotel came up to our needs and expectations, being close to the Haute Ville in Provins and therefore conveniently placed for all available monuments and museums. The approach road/lane needs some attention, but is well signposted. Parking is both adequate, free and convenient. Breakfast was well presented and of a high quality.

Good location, clean and comfortable accommodation, friendly staff, excellent food in the evening. Decor very good for hotel 30+ years old. Breakfast OK, staff not so friendly but would stay at this Ibis again.
