The hotel is definitely looking very tired. The staff were good provide a replacement room due to mobility difficulties, however it was very dark and cramped.

The hotel is conveniently located and is clean and comfortable. We were renting a Tesla, so the supercharger station at the hotel was a deciding factor for our stay there. The only negative part of the stay was the exceedingly slow dinner service at the restaurant, probably due to a new waiter being trained. But the food was excellent, when we finally got it.

Our stay started on terrible footing when upon early check-in, I enquired if we could use the pool and was told it was closed for the past week due to a part that was broken. I had booked the hotel for the pool and the pool was already out of service during the booking, I was not informed and the front desk did not speak English and refused to help me in any way. I spent the subsequent 1,5hs trying to find another last minute hotel, without luck, calling customer service, reservations and trying to speak to the staff for alternative solutions. None was given, I issued a complaint and have still not received a formal apology or any type of compensation. 5hs later I was told the pool as being fixed and would be available at 6pm, not exactly a lot of usage for the pool at 6pm. Someone at the hotel also then decided to cancel my reservation when I was already checked-in, causing me to get an email about the cancellation and spending another hour sorting through this mess. This also caused my reservation to go out of my ALL account and is no longer visible in my stays. The hotel facilities are poor, definitely not a 4-star. Thin walls, super slim and uncomfortable pillows made for a bed night sleep. I asked upon check-in for extra pillows and got 1 extra on the second day as my request was ignored and then was told the hotel was full. What sort of 4-star hotel does not have extra pillows? There were no amenities in the room other than the pump shampoo/body gel in the shower, I asked for body lotion and hand soap and was told there was none. Also, the shower only had pressure on burning hot water. I cannot express enough how disappointed we were to close off our vacation with 2 days in this awful hotel, being attended by unfriendly staff that had no interest in making our stay pleasurable. Upon check-out, as our reservation had been cancelled (apparently because your system was showing it twice), the front desk didn't know what rate to charge, I had to show my original reservation so I wouldn't be overcharged. I was also being charged for some juice on the day of check-in, which we never had and in fact, would have been nice if the hotel had actually offered me something to drink as I was trying to sort through finding another hotel due to their problem. I was not charged for my dog in the end as an apology for the issue with my reservation being cancelled.

Rooms are clean but outdated Breakfast was not up to the standards. Not a 4 stars to my standards
