Good hotel in good location
Mr C 16/09/2021 TripAdvisor review
Nice hotel, although some things were a little dated. Staff were great, and the hotel was very clean. The location was great, being close to the motorway, but also close to Auxerre, which is well worth a visit.
Nice hotel, near a lovely town

Nice hotel, although a little dated and in need of some updates, for example there was no shower curtain with the bath, making showering awkward, and an old style safe had no key so could not be used. The room however was a good size, and comfortable. Bathroom and separate toilet were clean and functional. The staff were very friendly and great, and the location was good near to the motorway, and quite close to the town. The town was lovely and well worth a visit.

useless address,: N7 extends over 500 kms ! no sign posting whatsoever, totem should be visible from afar but ... destroyed scince .... ? --> 2 hrs to find the hotel having asked at least 4 persons. Please do something about it !! hotel by itself is quite nice
Tired rooms, in desperate need of modernisation

Reception and communal spaces look fine, but we don't sleep in them. We were there purely overnight. Bedroom up a flight of stairs with a poky attic window, artexed walls, assortment of beds, a carpet that has seen better days. Just updating a shower room by putting in a Grohe shower head and (not a non-slip) shower tray and square sink doesn't make it modern! We love Accor hotels but this one really needs attention.
