Second stay at this hotel. It is ideally positioned when travelling and its restturant was open at weekends. The negatives, Welcome drink, when ordring drinks on arrival, the bar staff when given the voucher then promptly stated "One Drink Only", I was only ordring a beer for me and a glass of wibe for my wife! I would personally if we are not welcome not have the membership provided drink! If Accor hotels are proving a drink it must be the same at all hotels, One voucher for one room and its guests if needed a maximum of two! The evening meal the lalf board if offered with your room is covering the Plates of the Day only! We ordered from the menu the Entrecote of Beef expected some excellent well prepared steak we were asked as usual how we would like it cooked. What eventually arrived was a "Minute Steak" could not have been coocked to any selection it wasd too thin for this, covered with a perrper cord sause possibly from an instant mix. Meal was terrible. The your staff seemed to be under pressure. The Room. As usual for us we selected a privilage room, was surprised to find bedding at a 4 star hotel stuffed into the wardrobe looked as it was for winter storage??? The hotels value is it position its pool and resturant, on this visit only the hotels location near the motorway was an advantage, there were other hotels available in October and ALL could have done BETTER The first stay we had in July was good this is a complete reversal of this experience

Bad facilities combined worst service. Avoid!

This is not a four stars hotel. It’s at its maximum two stars. Family room’s roof is angled and all of us have bumped our heads against it. The disaster comes when we walked into the restaurant. The floor manager puts on his theatrical act when we were patiently waiting to order the food and to pay for the bill. We ended up without ordering any desserts simply to avoid any more unpleasant service. My husband asked for a small bottle of wine and a big bottle came. When people in the rest of the world talk about rude French people, he’s the role model. The air conditioner didn’t work either!
