I booked a full bed and received two single beds coupled together. The breakfast was a complete mess. I've arrived around 9.20am with enough time to eat until 10am but a lot of food were not refilled, there were no clean tables, no cutlery, no cups, no glasses. For the price that was paid I was expecting a much better experience. In a positive note the location is really nice and the Tesla chargers are super convenient.

Regarding the bedding, some of our rooms are equipped with two single beds joined together to provide a double sleeping arrangement. All of the staff that we encountered seemed to be aither trainees or retired. The reception desk was manned my some puppy who was unable to complete my reservation even though he had managed to find my Email address in his system. In the end I had to reserve myself using the AllAccor app. That's where my problems started as I gave them my credit card details. To cut a very long story short, they overcharged my by over €60. After 10 days I still have an open dispute with them. To date, all thay have asked me to do is give them information that I have previously supplied.
