The receptionist gave us a warm welcome and was informative. The room was comfortable but not of the same high standard and quality that we’ve had at other Ibis Styles hotels. Unfortunately the breakfast is very limited for people with nut allergies, and the food is not at all well labelled.

Convinient location with many choices of dining, nice staff. The sofa in the rooms has visible stains. The aircondition temperature controller is broken. There is a notice in the room to explain why there is no bottled water, without mentionning that there is a water bar near the reception.

Unfortunately this is the worst Ibis Styles we have stayed at. The receptionist was not informed about the facilities; i.e. childrens play area indicating table football as the only available activity only to find the childrens play area by the dining room. The mattress was so uncomfortable that we had to turn it only to find it was falling apart and was a health and safety risk and infection control risk.

Have stayed several times but this is the first time have been on top floor with a balcony. Apart from the lift being quite small and only reaching the 4th floor, everything else was great. Clean, comfortable and friendly staff.

Habituée des jours en hôtel Ibis Styles, j’ai été très déçue des prestations de celui d’Auxerre. En effet, installés en chambre pour personne en situation de handicap, j’ai découvert une salle de bain très peu pratique où chaque douche inondait la totalité de la pièce, toilettes comprises (pas de rideau ou paroi de douche, pièce très petite). Les équipements de la chambre sont rudimentaires avec un lit en 140 alors que lit en 160 annoncé dans la présentation des chambres. Bref cet hôtel n’est pas du tout au niveau des Ibis styles que j’ai fréquenté auparavant.
