Check-in was quick and easy, and we were allocated to the room we had requested (which we had enjoyed staying in previously). The beds are comfortable and room facilities are fine. WiFi was very good. Air Conditioning was excellent (quiet, and very necessary for this stay as it was very hot outside). The accommodation is good value for money. The hotel is conveniently located for Etampes train station, and local shops (with an excellent Artisan Boulangerie quite close by).

We always stop here on our journey down to Bordeaux. It is well positioned just off N20 and easy reach of A10. The hotel is well appointed with good staff and an excellent breakfast, although there are no tea or coffee making facilities in the rooms. The bar though has a range of local bottled beers as well as a couple of nationals.

Nous avons réservé 3 chambres pour la nuit de notre Mariage le 12.07 ( 2 pour mes enfants et 1 pour mes parents). Preuve à l appui d un mail de Madame Merchez en date du 15 avril !! Samedi mon fils a réglé sa chambre et celle de sa sœur. Peu après lorsque mes parents ont voulu régler celle ci était d après l hôtesse déjà réglé (maman a pensé que les enfants avaient payé les 3)... A aucun moment cette personne n a cherché pourquoi!!! Mais suprise à 3h du mat ! Mon fils ouvre sa chambre et trouve ses grands parents ! Resultat il s est retrouvé à attendre le 1er RER à la gare d Etampes à 3h30 du matin C est honteux ! Imaginez si mon fils avait été mineur ?! Prenez vous le RER C à 4h du matin, vous avez le courant de la faire ? Comment peut on travailler de cette façon ?! Comment peut on attribuer 2 fois la même chambre pour la même nuit ! Déjà lors des réservations cette personne souhaitait indiquer ma CB dans toutes les réservations des invités en me disant que c était juste comme ça ! Sans préciser que la somme de 85 euros sera prélevé sur mon compte si jamais les gens ne règlent pas !!! La veille du mariage je découvre 81 et 85 euros en attente pour des facture de 72.32 et 69.66... rien ne vous choque ?! Heureusement que je n ai pas fait confiance à cette professionnelle sinon je me retrouvait avec plus de 800 euros de prélèvement sur mon compte !! Faites moi confiance vous raconter cette mésaventure aux futurs mariés de la Ferme de Vintué qui auront vos coordonnées lors de la réservation de la salle !!! Cordialement. Mme P.
