Good food and friendly staff. However, I found it annoying that I could not turn on air conditioning. With the cost of rooms I would expect to be able to do this. The staff were unable unwilling to help fix it except saying they would send a mechanic the next day when I would be checking out. I personally have trouble sleeping and a cold room tends to help me sleep.

No a/c no working phone.

No ac, no working ventilation fan. I slept badly, had to have the window open with middle of the night loading/unloading by the hotel keeping .e up. Tried calling reception, phone doesn't work. No dial tone, nothing.

Overall we were happy with our stay at the Ibis, a comfortable room with good wifi and amenities.

A welcoming little chain hotel with easy links to N20 and A10 for your onward journey. Reasonably priced fuel at nearby sources, including a large supermarket. Comfortable rooms and a good breakfast.
