Upon reviewing your concerns, we understand the frustration caused by several factors, including the issues with the welcome drinks, lack of bellman service, A/C problems in your suite, the pricing and delays with the laundry service, and complications related to the payment process. Please know that these matters have been thoroughly reviewed with the relevant departments, and we are addressing them with the utmost seriousness to ensure that similar situations do not arise in the future. Regarding the A/C issue in your suite, we understand the discomfort this caused and regret that it impacted your experience. Our team was quick to offer assistance, but we recognize that this situation should have been handled more efficiently. We also apologize for the confusion surrounding breakfast. We acknowledge the miscommunication between the front desk and F&B staff and regret that it caused unnecessary inconvenience. As a Diamond member, we should have ensured that your benefits were clearly communicated and honored.
