The hotel is greatly located and in good condition but a pity that pillows were so bad (very small and poor quality). Also tge person at the reception at breakfast time was not very pleasant and was clearly under resources to cope with the volume of cuatomers (no plates, no cups, no food)

Overall it was easy and quick to gain access to the room but although we didn't have to use single bed (as we were couple), the bedsheet was dirty and had undesirable soil marks. Left a note in the reception at the time of departure for the attention of management.

At 9:30pm there was still a lot of noise and vibration in the room (maybe from a laundry downstairs) When i went down to talk to the receptionist I found the reception closed.

One night stopover, good pricing, only very warm rooms and when opening the window smoke smell came inside. Pillows are very thin.

Nous sommes ravis que notre tarif ait su répondre à vos attentes pour cette escale d’une nuit. En revanche, nous regrettons que la température de la chambre ait été trop élevée et que l’odeur de fumée venue de l’extérieur ait pu vous déranger. Nous prenons note également de votre remarque concernant les oreillers. en arrivant à 18h23 vous auriez pu nous solliciter nous vous aurions prêté des oreillers pour que votre confort soit encore meilleur. Votre confort est important pour nous, et nous allons quand même transmettre vos observations à nos équipes afin d’améliorer ces points. Au plaisir.

We were surprised to see the check in was completely digital, as was entry to the room but it all worked seamlessly. The room was adequate for a stopover and breakfast was good. We were travelling with a dog and had to sit outside of the dining area to have out breakfast, which was fine but the area was very small so if others had wanted to do the same thing I can see it being difficult.
