At 9:30pm there was still a lot of noise and vibration in the room (maybe from a laundry downstairs) When i went down to talk to the receptionist I found the reception closed.

Bonjour, merci pour votre retour. en effet les weekend la réception ferme à 21h. au delà il y un interphone dehors pour joindre le veilleur de nuit du ibis styles (même bâtiment). il ne faut pas hésiter la prochaine fois lorsque vous avez un problème. au plaisir;

One night stopover, good pricing, only very warm rooms and when opening the window smoke smell came inside. Pillows are very thin.

Nous sommes ravis que notre tarif ait su répondre à vos attentes pour cette escale d’une nuit. En revanche, nous regrettons que la température de la chambre ait été trop élevée et que l’odeur de fumée venue de l’extérieur ait pu vous déranger. Nous prenons note également de votre remarque concernant les oreillers. en arrivant à 18h23 vous auriez pu nous solliciter nous vous aurions prêté des oreillers pour que votre confort soit encore meilleur. Votre confort est important pour nous, et nous allons quand même transmettre vos observations à nos équipes afin d’améliorer ces points. Au plaisir.
