The hotel is located in a good location for a stopover. Easy parking and a supercharger around the corner. The room is small but comfortable and the bathroom is clean and functional. Two things that would make the experience even better: - It would be even better if there was a possibility to make a coffee or tea in the room - there is only 1 big towel per person provided. It would be convenient if there also was 1 small towel per person (for instance when washing hands or brushing teeth) One thing I did not understand: in the morning the payment for the room was pre-authorized from my creditcard and when we arrived I had to pay for the room. This means double the amount is taken from my creditcard for a day. Why isn't the pre-authorisation enough?

The infrastructure is very poor, similar to Ibis Budget. The room has a very bad noise comfort. You can hear almost everything from other rooms. The bed is not confortable and I got a room with a big bed but with the mattress very used and with no comfort on half the bed, probably the most used side. Breakfast as poor. Despite of having a lot of options, a lot of them were not available during all time we've been for breakfast. No croissants, no cheese, no sausages. Fruit was almost on the end and not enough for all of us. No coffee cups for expresso. And for all time, no one came and no one was available to refill the breakfast itens. Like I expressed myself directly to Accor, it's not about the money. It's about the service. And on the worlds of the unit director, we're the ones who are unfair. And he can even reply to an email saying that "I think I can live with the fact you won’t come in our hotel anymore." No apologies, no nothing. For a long time client for Accor hotels, from Ibis Budget to Novotel, this is very sad and disrespectful. Hope it's worth loosing a client for the whole Accor network.

Bonjour Monsieur S., Following your comment, I stand by what I already told you in our email exchange. You complained about breakfast, but in the photos sent to our customer service, we can see that everything was available, except for the cheese (even though there was Camembert on the buffet). Regarding our bedding, it was completely replaced in 2024, so again, I still don't understand your remarks. Perfectly adequate, clean, tidy, nice staff. It’s nowhere from anywhere so if you have bored kids expect them to get even more bored. Otherwise it’s absolutely fine.
