The infrastructure is very poor, similar to Ibis Budget. The room has a very bad noise comfort. You can hear almost everything from other rooms. The bed is not confortable and I got a room with a big bed but with the mattress very used and with no comfort on half the bed, probably the most used side. Breakfast as poor. Despite of having a lot of options, a lot of them were not available during all time we've been for breakfast. No croissants, no cheese, no sausages. Fruit was almost on the end and not enough for all of us. No coffee cups for expresso. And for all time, no one came and no one was available to refill the breakfast itens. Like I expressed myself directly to Accor, it's not about the money. It's about the service. And on the worlds of the unit director, we're the ones who are unfair. And he can even reply to an email saying that "I think I can live with the fact you won’t come in our hotel anymore." No apologies, no nothing. For a long time client for Accor hotels, from Ibis Budget to Novotel, this is very sad and disrespectful. Hope it's worth loosing a client for the whole Accor network.

Bonjour Monsieur S., Following your comment, I stand by what I already told you in our email exchange. You complained about breakfast, but in the photos sent to our customer service, we can see that everything was available, except for the cheese (even though there was Camembert on the buffet). Regarding our bedding, it was completely replaced in 2024, so again, I still don't understand your remarks. There's too much mold and it smells moldy. However free apple was good in the reception.

NO AIR CON No air con available after certain hours, no air con at night, room hot as hell. No sleep due to noise from road with the window open as the only option. There's no management override for anyone to have cooling in the evening or night.
